Could it be that the third divorce didn't count because the molvi wasn't present? As well as Aliyas lawyer? Is that possible...just so heart broken right now 😭

It doesnt matter i guess! BUT we atll have 30 days left and Zain can get her back if he wants.. so hope for the best :)

no yr they don't need moulavi or any lawyer..they just need witnesses..as far as i know if the witnesses are women then they should be 4 women instead of 2 men..now i m confused when zain was saying talakh r there only suri and sanam?is it possible that zain said talakh before the whole family had entered there.?if that happened then talakh won't be valid..
