It maybe that they only count a particular number of votes per user in a time span. Will try to get some more details on this, but if anyone knows the drill, do share it!

As I said in the other post, he has put up a post where he explains how he calculate points for celebrity rankings...

In that he has mentioned one thing about views. That they have a sensor or something which tracks the IP numbers, and those views from one IP number in the time span of an hour are considered just ONE...

I dont know wehther it is applicable for CM hits also...
