What about insaf for Rezwan?

I am so lost with Aliya and her thinking. She keeps talking about Gauhar and her child but what abt insaf for Rezwan. If a guy had taken advantage of a girl in that state it would be called rape so why the double standards with Rezwan. Gauhar pretty much raped him and now she is the one asking for justice and aliya is supporting her. This makes no sense. And doesn't Aliya realize that Gauhar's original plan was to sleep with HER husband. Gauhar slept with Rezwan when he wasnt in the right state of mind and got pregnant and it is her problem and she should deal with it alone. No one asked Rezwan whether he was ready to be a father or not. Why should he have to marry her? He should have the option of whether he would claim that child or not. And why are her parents blindly supporting her. After everything Gauhar told them, they should have given her a tight slap and asked her to leave because if this was a man, he would be in jail right now.

I agree aaliya cant ask rizwan to marry gauhar..he can take d res of d baby if its proved to his...cz he loves aayat n even gauhar tried to trap rizwan more dan wat he did for nafeesa...so being a girl she shud have been careful...but she wanted to sleep with zain...so how u say she was traped by rizwan...even zain was drunk dat day luckly aaliya came dere...otherwise it would b zain in rizwans place...so u peopl will say zain shud divorce aaliya n marry gauhar???

I actually feel Rizwan deserves a benefit of doubt. He dint knw abt d baby. Gauhar never told him. And he was drunk plus Gauhar has always been dishonest and yes rizwan cant be blamed for wat happened on the holi night. but ofcourse I agree when everyone says that he is no saint because he went ahead and fooled around with gauhar to suit his sister that was not ryt but then again he backed out soon enuf just as he realized he loved Ayat.
.I too feel Aliya cant just declare Rizwan shud marry gauhar; she doesnt hv d ryt! But then she cant just let her sister be married off to a guy who is d wud be father of another girl's child either no matter wat! no sister wud. she has a ryt to stop her sister but no ryt to declare Rizwan d culprit or announce his wedding to Gauhar! After all she must not forget that Zain was Gauhars target! What if Zain wasnt lucky that day? what wud Aliya do then? *scared* I am to even think abt it!

however Aliya does this coz she is too honest & she is way too idealistic and its zain by her side that keeps the balance betwn idealism n logic in Aliya's life n she is saved from troubles but this tym she neeeds to balance it herself! even tho she is ryt 4m her pov;she lacks logic!

True, he was in inebriated state, but he did sleep with her... also, post that he pretended to be falling for her coz of Nafeesa...so he played with her feelings...

He is no saint, he is as much at fault...and whatever happened, its his child, atleast he can own up and take responsibility of child.

Maybe say I wont marry Gauhar but I will take care of child...Aayat and me will... ( I would love to see what the stupid girl Aayat will say then)...

But he just shirked away from it all... how convenient

one thing that caught my attention yday was gauhar's claim that zain threatened her... gauhar said 2 aaliya tht zain threatened her... but when asked zain, he denied it, he said he did call her but didnt threaten her..and again aaliya believed gauhar... zain isnt the 1 to lie to aaliya, so makes me wonder just how much truth is there in her claims regarding riz being the father too??

totally agree; as i said Gauhar has always been dishonest. Even I was.irked to find Aliya trusting gauhar over Zain!

I too feel ders high probabiity of gauhar lying. Tho for Alias sake i hope she is not. but chances of Gauhar lying is more/

Well Aaliya told Zain, maybe Gauhar is lying, but what if she isnt? then what?
