I think that she is pregnant and that the baby is Rizwan's.

I think she's telling the truth about being pregnant...idk if the baby's Rizwan's, though...

I think she is pregnant but the baby is not Rizwan's, just because I remember Shazia visiting Chakki Wala. I think Shazia was trying to get Chakki Wala to convince Gauhar to lie about who the father of the child was hence why she gave him the cheque.

Anything is possible, but at the moment I believe Gauhar is telling the truth.
