Sorry for the delay guys, I am covering for Manjari (-BlueEyes-) today. Please ignore my mistake as I just got back from work (USA time) and started this right away so this is not my usual best...Enjoy!

Epi starts with Hakeem Saheb requesting Aaliya to drop his assistant home. Aaliya agrees (aww she is making good deeds in Ramadan...Good for you Aaliya!)
Hakeem Saheb calls out to the assistant to come with 2 bottles of meds. As the assistant walks down, aaliya sees her coming down holding her stomach and walking carefully. Aaliya recognizes her and Gauhar sees her and is equally shocked and tries to cover up her stomach with dupatta (ok my two cents I think Gauhar is pretending) Hakeem Saheb asks them if they know each other, before Aaliya could answer, Gauhar denies knowing each other. Aaliya gives her famous skeptical look towards her, while gauhar tries to avoid her eyes. Gauhar hands the meds and Aaliya takes it and asks permission to leave. Hakeem Saheb tells aaliya to take Gauhar with her but Gauhar refuses by saying she will go alone, aaliya looks at her (go aaliya give her your famous daggers! Wish you would give such daggers at other tims too that could kill. Lol)
Hakeem Saheb refute Gauhar refusal and says that she should go with Aaliya. He asks aaliya to take gauhar and tells that Gauhar will explain how to use the meds and Aaliya agrees. Aaliya asks Gauhar to leave and Hakeem Saheb turns around looking for his popcorns and goes looking for them inside, while Aaliya and Gauhar leaves (Ok seriously the tense music is playing in the background and there is a tense situation and this Hakeem saheb is worried about his popcorn, I don't know about you but I just cracked up there...classic!)
Scene in the car:
Aaliya and Gauhar sit, Aaliya is quite and looks sideways to Gauhar, while Gauhar looks like she is about to cry but she is avoiding Aaliya (is she really crying or is that coz of rain). She explains the doses of meds, while Aaliya listens carefully. Then Gauhar sympathizes with Aaliya about Usman's accident and wishes him well by stating that Allah will make him better soon. Aaliya just looks at her, while Gauhar looks away and Aaliya jumps right into asking if she is pregnant (There is our sherni Aaliya! Nothing misses her observational skills...I wonder if she was a detective some time in her life once...I mean think about it, she is so quick to make her observations, pick it up when she doesn't need to...and then of course I like to think that when she and Zain were small, they used to play detective detective...hahaha). She asks her how come she is living here in this condition and if Shazia knows about her condition. Gauhar finally breaks down (in my opinion too quick to do that). Gauhar explains how both her sister and her father left her, no one cares for her and that she is working here to support herself. Aaliya thinks for a bit and questions how can they do that and asks her to come with her. Gauhar refuses saying she doesn't want to go and be insulted again. She asks Aaliya not to mention anything to anyone at home. Of course Aaliya counter-argues but Gauhar again refuses saying that Shazia will think that Gauhar called Aaliya to meet with her and that she knows her own sister. Aaliya doesn't see reasons but Gauhar says that Allah is with her and her unborn child.
Scene shifts to BV:
Zain walks in with Ghulam and Shabana (awww look at him trying to be a good SIL...oh man I can so see the drama about to unfold). Shab-mad (one sherni) is giving the daggers to Suri-cat (one hyena) and Shazia looks from one to the other (while the evil music plays in the background). Both parents are worriedly looking and exchange looks, Zain walks away (again clueless guy...). Suri-cat walks to them, Shab-mad looks on about to attack but Ghulam holds her firmly. Suri-cat stands opposite Shab-mad and hugs her but Shab-mad doesn't give it back and looks at Ghulam strangely and apprehensively who tells her to hug her back (awkward much! But Ghulam seems to be in the right mind and that proves that Aaliya gets her skills from her father) Shab-mad does hug back and Shazia is surprised (oye moti ankhon wali, apni ankhein neeche karo...abhi tumhara bhi tufaan ana hai). Suri-cat greets and invites them in and says that look how they are preparing for Aayat's engagement like their own and Zain agrees (mental I tell you, why are hubbys so clueless...I know my fiance is at times). Shab-mad is not happy with the interaction and asks about Aaliya and Suri-cat (as usual) starts her drama of how they are the ones doing the work while Aaliya is no where to be found for her own sister's engagement.
Just then Aaliya walks in with meds and Suri-cat's face changes to disappointment. Aaliya greets her parents (look the happy music again). Aaliya asks them that they were going to come tomorrow and Ghulam tells her that they got an early ticket so they came and says that zain told them not to tell her. Aaliya and Zain exchange looks (awww looky-looky started). Chimes in saying that he wanted to surprise her and Zain asks her where she was, Aaliya is tensed and says that she went out for an important work while clutching the meds tightly. Suri-cat notices, of course, and ask about it (ok they stretch it too much with this type of scene...khatam karo na, sabko pata hai ke she is not going to tell). She states that it is her meds and asks her parents to come to the room and well Suri-cat started her drama stating how they shouldn't go in the room and work in the hall after all there is a lot to be done. Zain agrees with Suri-cat (again idiot is making way to his own destruction) while Shazia chimes in with her usual of how both sisters of the main guests are no where to be found or not working. Just then Nafeesa walks in with Fahad stating that she had to shop because of the engagement and all the other work is done too (ok why is she being all parda types? Did I miss something here...? No seriously it seems I did). She asks Zain and Aaliya to do the rest. She states how it is her brother's engagement so she has to go and pick the ring too with Fahad and Fahad agrees. She tells them that tomorrow a guy is coming to show clothes and all will look together.
Scene shifts to Aaliya-Zain's bedroom:
Aaliya is thinking about Gauhar. Zain comes in and lays down (awww how cute, they are so close to each other...) and asks here where did she go. Aaliya lies that since gifts are needed for Aayat so that's way she went out. Zain pops up and says since shopping is so much fun during these times she should have gone with him as it would have been fun (why why why...?! Everything was soo good so why this again, hiding things?) Zain states how Rizwan and Aayat are happy and that they should have gotten aengaged too and they both exchange looks, Aaliya pops up too and states that how he didn't even want to get nikkah-fied with her. He states how he didn't know he was running away from his biggest happiness, he touches her face and Aaliya is all latoo over him. Their starring session starts (I just wish Aaliya had kissed his hand there... man Zain was soo looking at her lips and he intentionally place his hands so close to them). Aaliya holds his hand and does kiss the hand (yay meri murad puri hui). They wish each other good night and Zain kisses her forehead. Aaliya lies down and self-thoughts and apologies to Zain for lying to him twice, one about the meds and one about Gauhar and how someone could leave her own sister like that.
Scene shifts to morning in Usman's room:
Aaliya walks in and no one is in except for Usman. She walks to his bed with meds (ok enough with the music, we all know why she is there). She tells Usman that he will be better soon with these meds and states how she hopes no one finds out about them. Aaliya then starts.
Scene shifts to Shazia and Suraiya:
Suri-cat asks Shazia if her family is coming, Shazia is a bit tense. Suri-cat continues how she wants them there or else people will think how she didn't invite Shazia's family on purpose. Shazia says that yes they are coming (fakester...I need a new name for Shazia, suggestions?) Suri-cat is happy and tells that she will go and give meds to Usman.
Scene shifts back to Usman's room:
Aaliya is feeding him, while Suri-cat is walking down (the stupid music in the back...we all know this is going to continue but Aaliya won't be caught). Aaliya finishes and is walking out, while Suri-cat walks in. both stare and Aaliya hides the meds. Suri-cat asks her what she is doing here and Aaliya says that she came only to see Usman and Suri-cat is not convinced.
Scene shifts to everyone looking at clothes:
Aayat asks if some outfit is best for her but Aaliya refuses and says that not this but some other other suits her and she talks about Shaastri sisters (ok this is colors' promotion and I am not writing it). They ask about how much is the outfit, the guy tells them how it is 1.5 but he will give them for 1. Shabbana says how things are so cheap in Mumbai but Aayat explains how the outfit is 1 lakh not 1 thousand. And Shabana is worried how it is too much and asks her daughter to buy something less expensive. Of course Suri-cat walks in taunting how big people are coming and she needs to wear expensive clothes as she is getting engaged here and of course Shabana is not happy. Suri-cat states how she will pay for it and Aayat will wear that only. She asks them all if they have any problem and Zain walks in saying that no one will have any problem and that Aayat will wear what Suri-cat gives them (MU is building, especially how Zain is about to support his mom). Zain also asks the guy to pack another outfit, Aaliya asks who is it for and Zain says it is for his princes (both smile) and Shabana smiles too. Aaliya refuses saying that it is not her engagement so he shouldn't buy the most expensive outfit, he should buy the one she picks up. He says just because it is cheap, she says no because she likes it. Zain is mad and says that fine do whatever she wants and Aaliya is confused. Suri-cat and Nafeesa are happy. Zain goes into the room and takes out the cards and writes a note, while Aaliya walks in and hears him stating how she sees the price but not her husband's love. Zain writes angrily on the letter, while rizwan walks in and takes Zain away, walking out both the love birds exchange looks. Aaliya is apologetic, Zain is hurt/angry.
Precap:
Aaliya walks in with Gauhar at the engagement and says she will not let it happen. Zain questions her and so does Ayat and Aaliya states she is right not to let it happen. (I am telling you it is all Sraiya's plan).
