And Mohabbat Subh Ka Sitara Hai is also going good although the girl is annoying 😆 Like she is unbelievably innocent lol!

Yeah KaJal (Kashish+Sujal) did Humayun Saeed's 'Sunn Leyna' between KTH...In KTH they were shown to have gone for honeymoon...and they were in Pak shooting for the show...Hahaha...

No one suggested me anything good after 'Humsafar'...Ya Humsafar ki negative lead thi Dolly ki Shaadi me...forgot her name...lovely name she has...She was an RJ na...before Humsafar..

Disclaimer : First of all, I would like to say that I do not know what are the restrictions or rules or regulations on celebrating Muslim festivals like Eid or Ramazaan .So If anyhow my views crosses that line of respect then please ignore that . I Respect All religions and I believe in all Lords of every religion and will never want to disrespect any religion .:)

After reading this post, would like to appreciate author to come up with such a post which is forcing us to answer this question. Though I'm not muslim but still I enjoy their festivals because Some of my friends are Muslim so I used to visit them on these festivals for only greeting them .

The condition of Muslim festivals in comparison to other religional festivals is not good , agreed. and TV should focus on Muslim festivals as well.
Like they show and wish All on Diwali or Holi or Christmas , they should wish all in Eid as well.

I think Sony TV was one channel which made clips of their actors which were wishing Eid Mubarak and I havent seen and other channel doing so except those which have muslim shows running on them.

Qubool Hai also shows Eid but they have too much negativity in their story and serial. And somebody said above that showing negativity with Muslim festivals may even break or hurt any reliogional aspects , so I would like to add that , if it can hurt one religion then it can even hurt other religion for showing negativity in their festivals .

So I think there should be a rule upon this, a censor board should work on TV as well, so that censor board can cut those parts which spreads negativity.

Lastly, I would like to see Muslim festivals celeberated on TV as well and hope Beintehaa shows these festivals without any negativity.

Though you haven't asked, I'd like to recommend "dastaan" of Fawad Khan. Its a good show though in several parts you feel like hunting down the writers but overall it was a really good show. Try it.

Absolutely!!! Couldn't agree more!! Portrayals of religion that just spread negativity should just be censored . No one wants to sit and watch people abusing each other in every way in any festivals of any religion!! Festivals are probably the only occasions where negativity is NOT there in most families and people forget their differences to enjoy and yet QH didn't even spare festivals when it came to showing their abusive content.
I just hate that..and I really want BI to be a class apart. When I tell my cousins that there is a Muslim show on TV now, they just say " Yeah, they are probably insulting it in every way possible so we dont wanna watch" because that is the image that makers have created before. I hope BI changes that !

Yes, Sony defo looks more accepting of all religions. And thanks for appreciating, didn't mean to hurt anyone or ask in a taunting way. I just felt curious about it. Thanks for the wonderful reply 😊

Hahah!! What a way to incorporate that in the story!! When KTH was on-air, I had just moved to India and was too busy learning hindi and urdu lol so prolly missed that. will watch it soon!!

Oh, yeah!! But ZGH is really popular, it had Fawad Khan and Sanam Saeed in it and after Humsafar, people had a lot of expectations from it. In my opinion, it had more substance than Humsafar, but thats just me. Humsafar has a HUGEE fan following so that's prolly why no one recommended it to you!

Yup,it is lovely.. her name is Naveen Waqaar... she was an RJ. Hope to see more of her in dramas.
