I think its symbolic, might be she hurt herself while handling withh goons/ life and death situation/ kidnapped which can make him realize that how important she is in zein's life.
Moreover remeber the episode in which usmy says to fulfill wifey duty, may be aliya being a dutiful wife protects zein her shauhar from goons.😊

I guess all these senario happens within 18 days and on the day of judgement aliya might be in hpospital.😭

I want aliya to be in life and death situation, so that idiot zein and crab mad- in- law should realize how smart and perfect wife as well as bahu she is. Atlest best than that two witches.😡
