It is in the deepest wells of despair, the true mettle of strength & courage is exhibited.
How absolutely strong is this character of Ananya & how well does Veebha portray it?
She is no idealised superwoman, who is able to turn the tables over immediately , no rather she is the wounded tiger, ready to swipe at anyone who comes near. She has been tricked, manipulated , cheated, mocked, ridiculed, thrust into the deepest hells of fear & despair with no way out & she was ready to take the extreme step to end herself & the game MaaT & her monsters are playing. Suicide is generally a weak option but here she wants to finish the game they started without letting them win.
Ananya was the viewer's voice today , everything we felt she articulated & how, the overwhelming feeling of betrayal , the extreme despair , the point on-disgust she felt for Shakti , the unadulterated fury all were present at one singular moment. This confrontation was necessary not only for Ananya but also for the viewers . Veebha was brilliant here, the shivering when making a point was brilliantly real.
As for Shakti, there was some inkling of how hard-hitting Ananya's words were on him but I still don't feel sympathetic to him, considering the next day, everyone is passing chits.
Adarsh was a safe bet,& didnt do anything considering she ran away😆. MaaT or Badi Amma can sit and show their stupid face😆 at the ceremony.
Badi Amma is the biggest hypocrite along with Maya, they only open their mouth to Ananya ...useless women, committing suicide is sin but all the actions leading to the marriage is sacred
I am glad Ananya is no abla nari ready to cry at the drop of a hat or an unbelievable superwoman who is able to recover immediately & take revenge .
I am glad she is not the kind to allow status quo to be status quo👏
