He should begin by stopping stalking her. But the problem here agar unone space diya toh Radhi danger mein phasegi bina madat wale.

He should be distant and keep an eye on her, when he feels something wrong then help her and back out again.

The more he gives her time and space, the more Radhi will come to him, because effort toh kar raha hai, acha bhi hai, but aise nahin baba, you can't just come out of nowhere and seek forgiveness as if you stole a choco, Dude! you made a big mistake and following her every second is not the right way.
