Divya looked at Amar and Amar looked at Divya. The only reason both said graduate is because they wanted to get away from each other. The prinicipal smiled.
Prinicipal: Great minds really do think alike. Amar and Divya were still starring at each other.
Prinicpal: Ehem. Both came out of their trance and looked at the prinicipal.
Principal: Are your descions final? Divya twists her duppatta and sighs.
Divya: My decision is final. I'll be here tomorrow to pick up my degree and diploma. Saying that she gets up and leaves. As she is leaving her duppatta sways against Amar's shoulder. Once Divya leaves the prinicipal looks at Amar.
Prinicipal: Is your descion final? Amar thinks it through.
Amar: My descion is final.
Principal: Do you mind me asking why? Amar looks at the principal.
Amar: Excuse me?
Principal: Why do you want to leave? You clearly have a great life here.
Amar: Sir my only reason to stay is gone. And besides I have a business back in New York.
Principal: Oh really. But how did you open it?
Amar: I sold my father's business and then moved to New York with my uncle, his wife, and daughter. I gave him the money and he opened the business but named it after me. I went to the office to train and then came here for my degree. Once I get my degree my uncle will hand over the business and then I will take over.
Principal: Interesting. Well I wish you all the best. We will all miss you. Amar smiled and left. Outside Divya was walking out of the campus grounds towards a car. Amar took a deep breath and walked over to her.
Amar: Divya? Divya turned around and looked at Amar. They looked at each other and Amar decided to break the akward silence.
Amar: Aah…Divya you bought a car? Divya looked at him and then looked at her car.
Divya: Yep.
Amar: Oh …cool… So are you comfortable in your house? Divya still avoided eye contact.
Divya: Yea. I really love it.
Amar: That's great. Divya looked at Amar when his attention was towards the floor.
Divya: Any luck? Amar looked up at her and she looked the other way.
Divya: Any luck finding her? Amar sighed.
Amar: Umm I didn't try yet. I'm going right now to a detective.
Divya: So what are you going to tell him?
Amar: Just her parents' names. Then the rest is up to them.
Divya: Oh. Silence was created again. This time Divya couldn't take it.
Divya: Amar I got to go. She quickly sat in her car and drove off. Amar kicked the sidewalk.
Amar: This girl better be worth leaving Divya. Heck what am I saying? She won't be! Let's go Amar babu. Your soon to be wife awaits you. He gets in his car and drives to the detectives office. He parks his car and goes inside a bulding looking around. Police are there too. He finally finds the office of the detective he was looking for. This detective is desi. He knocks on the door and when he hears someone say come in he walks in. And who is the detective… Wait for it I hope you didn't forget…its… Detective Kajal! Hehehe…Yep She's and oldie.
Amar: Good Afternoon Detective Kajal. Detective Kajal looked up and was shocked. She stood up.
Kajal: Sagar? Amar shook his head. That was really akward for him now since every where he went people confused him for his father.
Amar: You're probably referring to my father. I'm Sagar's son Amar.
Kajal: Oh. So how's your father? Amar's smile faded and he looked down. Kajal got the idea.
Kajal: Oh I'm sorry. And your mother?
Amar: Same.
Kajal: Oh. Amar decided to change that topic.
Amar: So how do you know my parents? Kajal laughed.
Kajal: Long story. Have a seat. Amar sat down.
Kajal: So how can I help you?
Amar: Actually I don't know if you were told but my parents fixed my marriage when I was a baby with their friend's daughter. But their friends died and they never got to see her. And then as a dying wish my dad told my buaji to make sure I find her and get married to her. So now there is a problem. My buaji only knows the girl's parents names and that she lives in this town. Now I need to find her to fulfill my parents last wish.
Kajal: Hmm… I see. Now what are their names?
Amar: Javed and Narmeen Aziz. Kajal wrote their names down.
Kajal: Well I will search every possible yellow book and anywhere else. I'll get back to you as I am very busy.
Amar: No it's ok Kajal maam.
Kajal: Call me aunty. Amar smiles.
Amar: Ok… Aunty. Umm I'll give you my cell number so you can call me.
Kajal: That would be a great idea. He gave her his number and left. As he was starting his car his phone began to ring. It was Chandra.
Amar: Gee buaji. Bolye.
Chandra: Beta hum tumhare ghar are hain.
Amar: Sach. Acha thik hai aap aye. Chandra shut the phone. Amar started his car and went home. As Amar was driving he passed by Divya's office and slowed down. He tried to see if Divya was there but no luck. He then looked at the title.
Amar: Hm… Javed… Could it be? He thought.
Amar: Nahh… But wait what are the odds? Just then cars began honking and he had to move it along. He reached home to learn that Chandra would be staying with him for a few days since Rajeev and Raj were going out of town for business.
Next Day: Amar was walking into his college for the last time. The only thing that overjoyed him was the fact of seeing Divya. Amar walked into the prinicpals office. He lookedd around but found no Divya. The prinicipal walked in with a couple other teachers. He handed Amar his degree and a few other papers.
Prinicpal: Congralutaltions Amar. You are offically a business man. Amar smiled.
Amar: Thank you sir. After a long pause he had to ask.
Amar: Sir… Divya isn't here?
Prinicpal: She left an hour before you came. Amar gets upset.
Amar: Oh. Well sir I wil be heading off now.
Prinicpal: Take care Amar and may you succeed in life. Amar said his goodbyes to all his friends except Rehan and Fozia because he still wasn't leaving London until he found that girl. Anyways he began driving home when he got a call half way from kajal.
Kajal: Beta Amar hume aik clue milgya hai.
Amar: Acha aunty kya hai?
Kajal: Beta who larki Oxford university mein parti hai. Amar quickly stepped on the breaks.
Amar: Kya?
Kajal: Hain beta. Tum wahan ja ke pata lagao. Kisi bi larki se milo jis ka last name Aziz ho.
Amar: Gee aunty. Thank you very much. He shuts his phone and quickly turns his car around. Driving at lighting speed he reaches the college. He runs into the office to the the lady incharge.
Amar: Is there any student here by the last name of Aziz.
Lady: Let me check. Amar catches his breath while the lady searches on the computer.
Lady: Yes there is. Amar smiles.
Lady: But she has been discharged.
Amar: What? What's her first name?
Lady: I am sorry but that is strictly against rules. Amar hits his arm on the desk. Knowing very well she won't tell him he leaves. Outside he holds his head.
Amar: So close. I think I should tell Kajal Aunty. He takes out his phone and talks as he walks to his car.
Amar: Kajal Aunty woh larki discharge hogai hai. Aunty aapko uska naam toh pata hoga?
Kajal: nahi beta. Hume sirf ye pata chala hai ke Aziz nam ke larki isi college mein jati hai.
Amar: Thik hai.
Kajal: Mein aur kuch karni ki koshish karti hoon.
Amar: Gee Aunty. Bye.
Kajal: Bye beta. They hang up and Amar goes home. He walks in and sees that his buaji is nowhere. He goes upstairs to the guest room (same room as divya's) as that is where she is staying. The door is open and he steps in. Chandra is sitting on the bed looking at a picture.
Amar: Kya dek ri hai buaji? Chandra walks up to him and shows him the picture. It's a picture of Javed and Narmeen.
Chandra: Beta ye tasveer?
Amar: Buaji ye Divya ke maa baap hai. Chandra is shocked.
Chandra: Tum jante ho is ka matlab kya hai?
Amar: Kya?
Chandra: Ke Divya hi who larki hai jis se tumne shaadi karni hai. Amar becomes shocked.
Precap: Amar looks for Divya but learns she moved.
