He is an orphan who Surili brought with her to pretend to be her and Sagar's son. When Surili was kicked out the family decided to keep Sameer since he was not at fault and was just an innocent child caught in Surili's game. He calls Sagar dad and Vidya..ma... 😊

Thanks, finally thats cleared up... I always wondered about Sameer. I started to see this serial till recently. I thought that he was Vidya's and Sagar's child. Boy was I wrong.
