Today's featured medical marvel: Santu's Scary's Pregnancy. Mothers often say their kids are going to be the death of them, but in Santu's case this might actually come true!
Today's secondary medical marvel: Gynec. tells the pediatric oncologist to tell her patient she has to terminate her pregnancy because she's a family friend. š
Today's third medical marvel: Pediatric oncologist who spends all her time dealing with children who have cancer doesn't know how to tell a woman her pregnancy is not viable.
Today's fourth medical marvel: The chandan lep of the M-family which is better than all the shampoo and perfume in the world.

PART 1 - We start on the scene from yesterday and Megha tells Santu that her baby will be born abnormal. She recommends that Santu terminate her pregnancy. Santu is in shock and keeps saying that she can't abort her child. She says the baby has become the Sanraj dream and everyone is so happy, she can't break their hearts. Megha shakes her out of it and tells her she has to speak to her family and make her decision because they don't have much time.
DM comes to the angan and Krishna, Nandini and Vishal are playing while Champa is holding a cut on her forehead. DM is angry and asks who did it. Vishal says it was an accident. DM assumes he did it and says he knew Vishal was a spoiled brat and as long as he lives in the M house, he has to follow some discipline. Krishna tries to interrupt but DM blames him too for throwing the stone and sends the two boys to the roof as punishment and says they can't come down till he says so.
Santu is coming home and remembering DM's happiness as well as what Megha said to her. She comes home crying and Baa and Bapuji greet her with baby talk and tell her that her baby is a blessing.
Upstairs DM is setting up the cradle and shows her some toys he bought for the baby. He says he'll take her shopping for her own choice tomorrow. Santu smiles and asks if he's happy. He says very. Santu thinks to herself that she's never been afraid to speak the truth but now she doesn't know how to tell him their dream has turned into a nightmare.
PART 2 - Santu is asking God why this is happening to her. She says she's always made someone or the other unhappy in this house since she came and now she had a chance to give something back to the family who did so much for her and her sisters (like send Santu to jail). But now she can't do that either.
DM comes there to ask her to serve dinner and asks her if she was crying. Santu says they were tears of happiness and says she was remembering her parents. DM says Baa and Bapuji are her parents too and she should go to them if she feels lonely.
Everyone comes for dinner and Nandini and DM sound exactly alike when demanding their din-din and Baa laughs at him for being such a baby. Santu asks where the boys went and Nandini says they're still on the roof. Santu finds out about DM's punishment which he forgot all about and Champu explains it was actually Nandini who hit her.
DM goes to apologize to the boys and Vishal says they tried to tell him that it was an accident but he didn't listen. Vishal says Krishna and Nandini are his friends and he doesn't rat on his friends. DM is impressed and tells Santu that this kid has principles like his dad and says their kid will also be like his parents.
Santu is sad.
PART 3 - Megha calls Santu and asks about Vishal. She then asks Santu if she's told anyone about the baby. Santu says no. Megha asks her how she'll feel giving birth to a child who is mentally and physically challenged. She says unless Santu makes a decision soon, the time to terminate will also be past. She advises Santu to tell DM.
Santu puts the phone down and cries thinking how everyone is so happy and how can she tell them the truth.
