Khal, even if he was trying to do it for some greater good, how can he not see what his wife just went through and leave her like that......she was just almost raped and if that was not enough, her husband basically said in front of everybody that she asked for it......how is Rudr's being caught more important that Santu's mental state.......like chalia said, she could even attempt suicide with her dignity in tatters like this.....how will he be able to live with himself if something happens to Santu while he is busy catching Rudr red-handed

Oh....and well, DM is CV's creations, so when we bash DM, we are actually bashing CVs.......pretty sure if they are reading this, they too know that well enough

I do see your point of view too. I was just suggesting something. I am not that involved with the characters and I expected that the CVs might go this way.

FIGHT! FIGHT! FIIIIIGGGGGHHHHHTTTTT!! 🤣

The CVs have certainly accomplished what they set out to do if all they wanted was to drive us all into a frenzy.

Ok, I've thought it over and I think if Rudr is acting on his own, he must be a very clever psycho because he unerringly zeroed in on DM's greatest insecurity ie that he did Santu an injustice by staying married to her.

And now that I've had some sleep, I think I have a sort of academic interest in seeing how DM will deal with his wife's innocence. I don't think a simple "sorry" is going to cut it this time and I don't think his usual "how can I look you in the face? come give me a punishment" routine is going to work either.

That said...

While I usually think Santu and DM are equally at fault and have been since the end of the Bacteria track, this time, in this particular instance, it is entirely and most definitely DM's fault. 👎🏼

Let us assume that DM is doing this as a trap for Rudr. (Let me be clear I dont think anything of the sort after hearing his statement to Monghi) If he couldn't support her in public but knew she was innocent, it would take a monster to have turned away from poor baby Santu as she sat in her room when they had their eyelock. She'd just gone through an extremely traumatic experience, felt betrayed by the man she worshiped, she was mourning the death of her marriage and herself - and DM just walked off without a single word to her?

If that's the case he is a horrible person. And nothing can be done. Get off my TV, you jerk! 😡

Second, let us assume DM is actually confused, Rudr's words have struck a chord and he is conflicted. This to me is actually a lot more understandable. I hate that he did it and Sanraj is definitely dead and gone as far as I'm concerned, but I can see how it happened. What really kills it for me is that Santu said "the truth is whatever maalik says it is". That's a huge statement for anybody to make, but here Santu was trusting her freaking honor to DM's hands. And he not only dropped it but then stomped on it and ground it into the dirt. Even if he honestly thought Santu had done all those things, after she said that to him, he should have kicked Rudr out simply for humanity's sake and upheld her honor in public. If he had doubts, he could have talked to her in private and hashed it out. He needn't even have beat up Rudr, just asked Hiten to throw him out. It is what he would have done for one of his daughters - why not his wife?

[and now BUMTRINKET IS ANGRY once more! Grrr. 😡]

And I also think that people get second chances and sometimes relationships rebound from a tragedy better than they were before.

It's personally never happened to me, but still... 😆

However, this ruins the fantasy. It's one thing if DM was super jealous and staking claim. That's hot. But DM playing ghisa pita Ram to Santu's "nahin! yeh sun ne se pehle main mar kyon nahin gayi?" Sita is blah.

Guys, please understand what I am saying and don't throw chappals at me. 😆 I always felt that Santu is being treated this way because she is not her own person. She is also not financially independent. Poor girl also has the kindest of hearts but she is going about it the wrong way. She should not have come back to the M-zoo from jail. Slowly and steadily she should have gained financial independence and then come back. I know it is not easy...but I wish the CVs had shown Santu finishing her high school and her bachelor's through correspondance (can be done in India) from jail. I wish they had shown her starting her own business and being successful in it. I know that there are many Government loan programs for women like Santu in India.

Unfortnately, the CVs let that track go. If Santu stood on equal footing with them in education and financial status, they would not have treated her this badly. Baa is the only decent character in the M-zoo. I guess Kekta and her fruitcakes have not seen the old movie Ghar starring Rekha and Vinod Mehra. In that movie the husband accepts his wife after she is raped and helps her heal.

DM used to be a strong and just person. I wonder why they are messing with his character.

Well Bumi you are here at last after we have ranted and raved till kingdom come.
Whatever the thought/game behind the modus operandi of collecting "proof" against Rudr, he should have silently later taken Santu into confidence for his and her own sanity.
How the mighty DM has fallen !
"O, what a fall was there, my countrymen!
Then I, and you, and all of us fell down,
Whilst bloody treason flourish'd over us.
O, now you weep; and, I perceive, you feel
The dint of pity: these are gracious drops."

Wow the heat is still on.. go on everyone👍🏼
The Cvs expecting us to go this much and hoping that we will stump upon Sanraj again whic I believe is their greatest mistake, am not sure how many of us would go ga ga over again if they show Sanraj happy together,, its done with me..
Bumi, whatever his plan may be yes, he should have talked to her atleast when he saw her sitting lost from the world
