Why can't Hiten just send Toral home to her dad as SoapCritic mentioned? As it is, there is no one at the Mmansion who is willing to help her. So she might as well go home to daddy who presumably will take the best care of his princess. And might actually notice that there is something weird about her miscarriages. Unlike her super smarty hubby.
