Hiten insulted Santu big time saying she is not real maa. Santu didn't even mistake that, she just says take care that Toral becomes ma and not lose baby again. She said that anybody in the house can be behind Toral's problems.

Santu witnessed in the village some other girl who had miscarriage and the village ladies were discussing that certain foods like papaya can cause miscarriage as they contain some sort of "heat". So one has to watch what a pregnant woman eats. That's what gave Santu an idea that somebody maybe fooling around in the M mansion.
