Episode 24
Part 1
Santu looked eagerly as she watched the man approaching towards her heartbeat begin to beat faster hoping to see her true love.
Disappointment and sadness blanketed the elevator as Santu realised her dream was broken. Stood in front of her was a man but not whom she wanted it to be.
He wore a long black overcoat and a hat. Santu couldn't make out his face as the collars of the coat where covering all his face and the man wore black shades hiding his eyes..
Not DM.. not who she wanted to see..
Upset and downhearted Santu reached her floor and walked up the corridor leading to beautiful room..
Just as she placed her hand luggage down the room phone rang and she walked over and answered.
Santu: Hello
Mr Claude (French accent): Hello, Jai Shri Krishna… Mr Claude hiz' speaking.
Santu: Jai Shri Krishna… Yes Mr Claude.. Mr Karan told me about you..
Mr Claude: Brilliento.. So the car will pick you up at 8pm and will drive you to the venue and will meet you there.
Santu: Okay, thank you
Mr Claude: See you at 8.. Good Bye..
Santu placing the phone on the reciever looked at the clock. The time was reading 3pm. Perfect she thought, she showered and sat down in her bathrobe looking for the signiture outfit that she had selected out.
It was champagne peach sari with heavy silver embroidery. Matching was a large pair of crystal cut diamond earrings.
She blowed dried her hair and got out her tongs..
She did her make up and her was curled.
She looked the part, but yet her face gave off radiance of true simplicity and innocence.
As she finished hair spraying her hair she got out the most important thing to her that made her beauty complete.
Her sindoor.
She was always incomplete without it and filled her maang smiling, sensing DM near her.
Buckling her sandals, she chose a silver clutch evening handbag and placed her phone in it along with some other small items.
She was ready and awaited her car to arrive..
She made her way down to the reception looking amazingly beautiful she was greeted by a chauffer who was waiting for her.
Chauffer(French accent): Ma'am dis vay please.
Stood outside was stretched Bentley, which confused Santu as to why the car was so big.. Nevertheless she got in and was driven to a lavish venue..
Greeting her was a man in his mid twenties.. He had brown hair and beautiful ocean green eyes.
Mr Claude: And you must be Santu..
Santu: Yes, and you are Mr Claude.. Am I right?
Mr C: Of course.. Shall we .. Extending his hand towards the entrance..
Santu smiled and walked ahead as Mr C followed.
Mr C told Santu that she was to try and get conversation's with as many personalities as possible.
At first she was scared but then remembered her nanaji's words of wisdom from childhood..
Inner voice of Santu: No matter how hard the situation be, believe in your God and he will raise you and show you the path to success.
Smiling to herself she walked around the venue conversing with many rich and influential people, some including business man, actors, models.
The night came to an end and Santu had enough numbers and contacts that would help Karan to make his business world wide known.
Santu's day had been very long and she was tired.. She reached the hotel and went up to her room quickly. Her body was aching from the lack of sleep and all the work..
She washed and changed into her sari.. She looked into her suitcase and took out the photo of DM she had brought with her.
He was wearing a red kurta and arms were folded.. Oh how she loved him..
Smiling and holding the photo close she fell asleep.

Part 2
The next morning she was awoken by the ringing of her phone.. She rubbed her eyes and looked at the photo that was on the pillow next to her, as though he had been sleeping next to her..
She looked at her phone and saw 3 missed calls from Karan.. The phone rang again and she answered.
Karan: Good Morning.. Isn't it time you woke up he said jokingly
Santu was releived that her boss wasn't the arrogant or strict. Yes he wanted perfection but he was always joking and smiling which made her job more enjoyable and fun.
Karan: I wanted to tell you that Mr C phoned me this morning and told me what a fantastic job you did.. I am very thankful for you going to Paris although you had never been and also the fact that you worked so hard under pressure and that too with excellence. Well you have completed your work but two days for you to get back so I hope you enjoy your stay..
Thanking him for his kind words, Santu hung up the phone and dropped her phone on the bed besides her.
She was tempted to go back to sleep but she noticed the beautiful rays of sun hitting through the curtains and walked over.. She opened the curtains and unlocked the doors that allowed her to walk onto the balcony..
As she stretched and soaked in the sun rays her eyes met the ground where she was shocked and rubbed her eyes to see if she was mistaken..
On the ground was hundreds of flowers in a heart shape and her name inside..
She couldn't believe what she was seeing and ran down the four flight of stairs barefoot and onto the open garden area and admired the petal's beautifully spelling her name..
Who could have been this romantic or was she dreaming? She looked around but not a figure in view until she saw a man sitting on the bench reading his newspaper.. From behind santu crept up and tapped him gently but no.. it was just an elderly man..
Excited yet pained she realised that she was just dreaming and maybe the roses and flowers were just illusions of her mind..
Tears fell from her eyes and she speedily walked across the garden back to hotel room..
Voice: Without seeing me, you are turning away.. This is no dream but reality.. I came just for you as every second away was painful. Don't go and break my heart.. Don't cry as your tears are very precious..
Santu turned around and saw DM standing in his dhoti kurta.. He was there.. He was really there.. Just for her..
She ran into his arms and embraced him close.. They held each other close..
