TO: The Production Teams of Soaps aired on NDTV Imagine

Your shows are watched by Asians settled outside India and it would really help us to identify the cast ie the names to the faces portraying their character roles.
This is because outside India we are not familiar with TV stars. We become attached to some of the characters because of their talent and we would therefore like to know who they are in real life. TV stars are not given that much publicity in our part of the world unless they become popularised by reality shows for example we did not know who Rakhi Savant was until we watched her Swayamvar. Same for Ram Kapoor who hosted this show.
Now that Ram Kapoor is acting in Basera we know him but who are the supporting casts? What are their names?
We would like to express our appreciation that BANDINI & JYOTI are the MOST entertaining of all soaps we have ever watched.
The accompanying drums behind every actor's entry is superb in BANDINI but please replace the mournful singing that accompanies JYOTI. We wince when these mournful songs accompany an entry of a sad scene and have to lower the volume because it is so painful to the ear.
By the way, why don't you repeat BASERA as frequently as you do the bakwaas soap PALKO KI CHHAWON MEIN? At least when PALKO KI CHHAWON MEIN comes on air, we quickly change over to COLOR to watch BIGG BOSS but that means that we have to miss BASERA. Alas you don't repeat BASERA once it is aired unlike Palko ki Chhawon Mein which is aired hundred times even the following morning & afternoon!
Many thanks for reading my comments and hope to read your replies.
