Also, from what I gather from this forum and from other sources online, Kekta or other producers were not exactly depicting liberal views about women in urban areas. Their concept of empowerment only goes to the extent of sleeveless blouse and what not! Or the 'loose, evil woman', not a strong woman, rooted in her mileu, ..
i think we have the same frequency rasika..........because wht other shows are showin is not actually empowering but just showin some urban indians............nd if u notice most of her shows ....or rather all of them focused on business class families.......none of them actually focused on middle class and lower middle class.......but bandini started as a depiction of rural india but somehow lost its track in btw.........
