I think she started some high end spa chain in India. She may be the wife of the Bawa international hotelier's family member or part owner.

I feel Neelam is lucky to have RR and I feel RR feels very lucky to have a wife like Neelam. RR's body language towards Neelam in any photo is really loving and protective. He always has his arms around her!

I guess he has learnt the value of marriage after things did not turn out well in his first marriage.
