So a fair and sensible verdict was given for the killing of the cow but has any one addressed the fact that Khemi was kidnapped. Maulik may have killed the cow accidentally but kidnapping Khemi was intentional and therefore makes it a far bigger crime. As far as I'm concerned this still shows that the life of an animal is worth far more than a human. The villagers got their justice for the cow but about justice for a young girl kidnapped, held against her will and terrorised. Maybe Khemi and her family will want to keep that quiet seeing it could possibly raise a few distasteful questions especially in a community as narrow minded as theirs but any where in the world including India, Maulik and his friends would be looking at least 5 years jail time.

That's right BC, Maulik and his friends should have got the punishment, but I think his punishment will be given by Khemi. Now that Maulik is going to live with her. Khemi will take badla, for the torture he put her through in her own way.

By badla, do you mean she gives him hell? (Sorry, I don't understand Hindi.) Honestly I don't see that happening. Khemi would probably help him seeing that he is related to Santo. I just think that violence against woman is such a serious crime and the show has been good in highlighting woman getting abused in subtle ways (all the torture Santo goes through with Taru Ben) but when there is such a stark, direct attack on a woman, they played down the whole thing down and sweep it under the carpet. Sentencing Maulik to help Santo's familiy is a fitting punishment for killing the cow but for what happened to Khemi, he is getting off lightly. For that he deserves nothing less than a jail sentence.

It's a dream come true Sammie ..

IT's what we've always been waiting for..
Hats off to you for trying, EK !

i couldn't agree more.. we thought moti ben might go and terrorize Santo but what does she do.. she admits all her mistakes and puts her ego aside and goes down on her knees.. wow.. even i was stumped.. taru ben was great today.. and when she is yelling at Maulik, that was such a touching scene.. i felt so bad for moti ben today..
and DM ke baare mein to jitna bolo kam hai.. and loved Santo and her logic.. and it makes so much sense.. and DM made it the new law of Dharampur, too good... 👏
this is what i love most about Bandini.. it has always managed to meet and even surpass my expectations.. great going, indeed..!! ⭐️

Yes the best part was that Santo
was not afraid of taking the decision when she sat on the chair ..

Their wavelenghts have matched so quickly that even
without completing the statement, DM understood what she wanted
to convey .. the way he went up to her, silenced the crowd and
continued the verdict was just WOW !
