Khemi being a 'mangal doshi' will not be able to get married for 6 years. On the other hand, if it was that Mahesh dude (the bhaagedu dulha) who was had the same affliction in his kundali, his parents would have gone ahead with the marraige anyway. I wonder if they would have even mentioned it to nanaji.

I think the way it goes is 'mangal doshi' = death of spouse. So they are looking after their son's well being. If the scenario was reversed Khemi could die and so what? They would just get another girl and get their son remarried.

Yup Bavie, so much stupidity with this kundalis and charts. A mangal in a gilr's kundali is harmful to the would be husband (not all, so it depends on the would be husband's kundali too).

In some cases, it's not bad as long as the girl fasts on so many tuesdays. Ofcourse, once again, it's the woman who has the bear the grunt. The guy has to suffer nothing. A very biased notion. A woman fasting will cure any dosha's in their lives. What does a man have to do? Nothing, zilch, nada. 😡

Don't they usually tell them to do special pujas and chant mantras to squash the bad effects of the planetary positions. And I have heard that sometimes if someone is manglik...then they look for a partner who is also manglik...though I don't understand how that would help...unless the bad plus bad wipe each other out.

But one thing is so obvious, if it is a boy...then they would hide it or wouldn't care if he gets married and ruin a girl's life. Rules made by man usually favour man, not the woman.

Yes, the mangal issue can be solved, there is a solution-both kundali's need to be studied in great detail. The main thing is that there is a solution, its not like what they showed us in the episode.
The disgusting notion is the "abshukan" or death to the spouse, or harmful to the spouse role and strength of the MANGAL in the female chart, this whole MANGLIK issue in a woman's chart which I would refer to it also as some mad male perverted N demented aversion to see a strong MARS transit in a female chart. Nyways, the main thing ppl should be aware of is that no interpretation is the end of it all, there is a solution here always in a chart. AND the MANGLIK female is not all that "abshukan".

Bavie, it is as true as it is sad.. The first step in deciding a marriage is seeing if the Kundali's(or jathakam's) match... And more often than not, if they dont match, its the problem with the girl's kundali.. either she has one dosha or the other.. Very rarely we see a proposal being rejected because of the guy's kundali.. So no no matter what dosha the guy has, the emphasis is laid on what little they find in the girls.. I think this happens because the girl becomes a part of a new family, she moves from one family to another na, so her astrological charts affects the entire family(atleast this is what people believe).. About the mangal and guru and the other planets i have no clue.. But these astrological stuff plays a very important role in a greater part of india.. Even to this day, and we're talking about a village setting.. Usually, a period of a bad planetary influence is followed by a good one and then a better one.. Its all in cycles.. And usually a person is influenced by all the planets atleast once.. So khemi is not all lost na??? I'm not very sure about this,but having mars as your primary planet and being a manglik is two different things na? Because, being a manglik means that your spouse's health will be harmed or something like that.. Usually to counteract this before marriage, wedding rituals are performed to the girl and a banana tree(or something like that, not very sure)...

A lot of this stuff is also psychological...if someone in authority tells you that certain planets in your natal chart are bad for you, then your mind too starts thinking in that way and if anything bad occurs, purely by coincidence, one tends to put the blame on Stars!

The way she's going to be treated in her sasural is going to be horrible because of the caste and economic differences.. More because of her illiteracy..
