Give it a bit more time yaar. It will get up there. I am sure it will be in the charts somewhere. Getting to the top positions will take a bit more time I think. I personally loved the first 2 weeks of it and I am sure, general viewers will love it as well soon enough. Its a awesome serial and it will deffo do well. Thanks for the TRP charts..

It is not SHOCKING in the true sense ..

But yes I did expect it to be in the top 100 shows ..anyways never mind.. Shailaja has said in her interview that the response to Bandini has been great ..

So fingers crossed!

Thanks for posting the TRP chart, but I don't think its shocking!

If you notice, most of the current top 10 shows are the one's which have climbed the TRP and popularity chart slowly yet steadily!

Take the example of Bidaai, which took almost 6 months to even come into notice, depite being a prime-time program on India's most popular family channel and after a year and half is number one.

Balika Badhu took almost 2 months to enter the TRP charts, but once it did, it kept climbing the popularity ranking.

Even some of Ekta's popular shows in the last 2-3 years have had an average start (Kayamath, Kasamh Se) and took time to establish, but still ended up being the channel driver's in their time slots.

Also, NDTV Imagine is not a front-runner channel like Star Plus or Zee and hence, not so accessible to the general public. None of its other serial's, except Ramayan has been able to sustain good rankings. Its only lately, that the channel is coming into notice and given the kind of publicity that Balaji Telefilms does for its serials, its very unlikely, that both Bandini and KTM will not come into the general audience notice!

But the bottom line is that a good product is always appreciated, be it a movie or a daily soap. Hence if Bandini keeps up its standard, then surely it will be in the popularity chart in some time!

I agree TRPs don't matter much especially in the first month or two. I am just happy that I am enjoying the show and my friends are too, and also Shailaja has said that the show has got a good response, and I will believe her Lol. I am not shocked either...besides NDTV has a very low market share, since it's a new channel compared to Star and zee that have 60% + combined market share, whereas NDTV just has 7% so obviously the viewership is low for the channel. it will definitely pick up. I am sure of it.
