Samz, I agree with ya. So far, Ekta's Bandini is very realistic, as much as any other realistic serial out there. Fingures crossed, it will remain in its current course.

So much happened in yesterday's episode...Jag gets caught, DM is having problem with workers...why I thought nanu was his best worker who would see the work through and now the pandit is proposing marriage already....the story is moved on too fast.

Just my 2 cents in understanding the complexity of human mind......

Hmm I thought DM was a Self obsessed snob. So why are we surprized that he doesnot know the name of the karigar who is good.😕 When we are working in a big firm or even uni....how many ppl who get A and A+ known there Head of the department...... Isnt it normal for the HOD to know everybody......who is good............😆...Even if they know us as good how many will remember our name From what I understand at this moment of need........ only nanaji is available for the work i guess.........Why not give credit to nanaji was being humble and not being one of the person who wouldl ike to know his worth and make noises............So where is the inconsistency in the plot.....I dont see any..........(cannot believe i am supporting eku sigh)

How ever.....I want to know which period the story is shown.........Is it current or is it in boothkal.........if it is boothkal......how come they have the latest phone.................😕

I thought that it was current, but now that you have asked the question, I am not too sure 😕.

In the 1st episode, DM himself said that, his work is his only weakness and he knows everything there is to know about his factory machines and his workers. This was when he caught the diamond thief who was his worker for 17 years. DM knew everything about this guys family. So, in the same way, DM should have known everything about his best diamond cutter, i.e. Madhav Solanki.

😆 looks like its a losing battle for me 😉... nah work is everything........ for him........which means anybody who does bad to his work will be punished.........good to his work will be forgotten as he is gonna take their credit .................

Well Sati, in yesterdays episode, he told his workers that if they finish the consignment in time they will get 4 months salary as bonus. So, any good done for his work seems to be compensated by him. He will take the credit as far as his organisations good name goes, but that happens in all work places. The workers get compensations through bonuses and other perks. Everyone knows that he doesn't cut diamond himself, rather he employs the best to do the work.

He has a strange set of rules, that's true Sati ..

But he always beleives in compensations - salary for success, bonus for deadlines, and punishment for arrogrance .. hehehhe
