Finally when Anandi married Shiv she did it for her mother.This old lady when it suited her she wanted Anandi to marry Shiv and when it didn't suit her she wanted Anandi to break her engagement with Shiv and marry Jagya. It was like a slap on her face when Anandi told her off and chose Shiv over Jagya.In spite of all this she never let her holdover Anandi weaken.Even after Anandi's marriage with Shiv she never let go of Anandi.Instead she would constantly call her to tell her about all SIngh family problems and involved Anandi in Singh family affairs.

After Shiv's death and Nandini's kidnap the lady was only too happy to have Anandi back.All thanks to Dsa Shivam ended up being a spoilt brat.

If Dsa doesn't want to help Mangala it's fine it is her wish.She may be right in her place to think that way But who was she to tell Anandi what Anandi should do?
Ultimately it was circumstances that told Anandi where her child is.It is not like Jagya and Mangala were all set to help Anandi find her child.
Anandi's child came to her because the truth about the self proclaimed mother got revelaed on it's own through the jeweller.
