I read about schools which has only one teacher
.
I read about schools where there was only one student.

I read about ghost schools in villages opened by vested interests just to get government grants.

I read about barely educated practising medicine with fake degrees.

I read about schools where barely educated people got jobs as teachers by bribing.

What about the famous Vyapam scam?

I read about highly educated people employing child labour and beating them and starving them.

I read about highly educated indulging in big frauds.

Uneducated and criminals get elected and rule us. Het singh types.

My father, after retirement, worked in a school for ababdoned girls and women and he used to teach English, Maths, Science and social studies(matric level) and most of them passed the exams with good grades and went for nurse training. Only there used to be a hindi teacher and regional language teacher other than my father.

There are government schools and government aided private schools which have just one teacher in rural areas. At least it used to be that way back then.
When govt itself is finding it so difficult to run schools a character has opened a school for girls whose lives are affected like hers because of lack of education the character is mocked 😛

In fact there was an advertisement for teachers'post for an elite school in a valley.
It said that academic qualifications are flexible but the qualification they requirever is fluency in English 😆
This particular school is preferred by the rich and famous.

Going by what we see in real world Anandi is definitely a better candidate.
She is intelligent and for the short time she attended school she did well and she is self taught and a person who is self taught makes a very good teacher.

----------
A side note the child looked adorable in school uniform combined with two plaits. She looked like the girl of her age and more importantly looked like she is Anandi Shiv's child.

There are still such schools. In andhra pradesh. They call it veedhi badi.

I knew two brothers. One of them became M.Tech and Phd from a reputed university and was a rank student. His brother was a drop out as he did not believe in formal education and he opened tuition classes for maths as he excelled in maths. MCAs and engineering students came to him with their maths problems AND HE USED TO SOLVE THEM AND STILL HE DOES.

That's quite interesting.

Teaching is all about the ability to communicate with young people and of coursesound knowledge and good understanding the subject.

-------------------
Coming back to Anandi the teacher and her school its true that she started the school to teach girls how to read and write do some simple math and of course some skills that would come in their aid like sewing.Because that was all she knew when she started that school and it went on to grow in size and capabilities along with her.

She went on with her studies as she taught the girls and by the time Shiv came in there was a team of teachers but it was not the story so we were not shown. It was only said that the school is now eligible to be recognised as a regular school.

The fact was she could have just sat at home like Sumi and Gehna but she didn't do that even before her husband left her for good.
Bhairon Singh supported her but the initiative was hers.Idea was hers
If she didn't want to do all that the village wouldn't have had a school for girls because it would not have occurred to Bhairon.
Same way once she moved to Udaipur she could have just been content serving samosa and chai or accompanying Sanchi to all those places Sanchi is fond of going to.
Why didn't she do all that?Wasn't life easy that way?

Not every woman married into a rich family does what Anandi is doing.People may donate money but don't give their time energy and invest their emotions in it like Anandi does

Yes Anandi is not doing anything to create interest among nimboli for study , yes she can show colorful pictures charts stories etc but she will not do this because now cvs want to show Dr. Anant standing with Anandi and helping her in her personal life. This is the only way Dr. Anant can meet Anandi .😉
CVS r planning tracks so that Anandi and Anant can meet frequently.

Cvs do not need to plan tracks for Anant n Anandi meeting they are meeting regularly first through the divorce proceedings. Then Anandi finding job for Anant and listening to his story. Making Shivam Nidhi s brother made the relationship more social so Nidhi n
Dr Anant can be part of every festival. Anant was continuously supporting Anandi in healing Shivam finding Nandini now counselling Nandini. So Anant n Anandi are already pillars of support for each other. Anandi treat him for dinner and Anant takes her out for movie.
The love story is on. Just a stone s away to say I love you n shadi.
Shiv ka photo will soon disappear from everywhere. And Nandini will have a fresh papa.

Marriage is a must to some extent , but is it the only motive to live meaningfully ?
