In court a lawyer would have whipped the floor with all of you... Mangala would've been a jailbird... Courts work with facts.. Not so much emotions. And also the child is always the priority.. Who can give the child what it needs.

Nimboli's future is to be taken care of. But this immediate separation is not good even for Nimboli. The child will feel uprooted. There should be a transition period. She is not a lost article - she is a human being with emotions and attachments.

and if its child's future is concerned then court also take care of child's wishes & emotions. in reality also court had given such verdicts abt such cases.and there both parties were equal in status or rather actual parent was bit better but they gave child 2 the foster parent.

and court wud'd asked Aji also why she took her sick child 2 such a dangerous place. any lawyer wud'd asked & no court wud'd said oh u did rite thing by taking an infant 2 such a dangerous spot just bcoz u wanted 2 save sum oder child.

I hope she comes to her senses.. Should she keep this up Nimboli will be torn away from her immediately then she will never see Nimboli again emotional attachment or transition period be damned.

There are many facts that could be used against Mangala should it become a court case.. or if this was real live.. Can see take care of this child emotionally/financially, How will she provide for Nimboli (where will they life, what about her schooling) Will she be able to protect her ( past events proof to differ) and she wasn't able to do so then what makes her capable to so now??

All these things can prevent the court to give her custody of Nimboli...

And the court would rather see a child raised by his or her bio-parents

They need good reasons to deviate from that principal

and Mn was not even considered as abetting in the crime.bcoz court wud'd taken circumstances in which she'd been living.that she din't've much say in the matters of that house. even they din't take Hk 2 jail who was also involved rather more actively. why?? bcoz court doesn't take wives in custody 4 husband's crime even if they know abt it. if ppl rembr the real cases where husbands'd gone 2 jail 4 their crimes but not wives or oder relatives even if they know ab t that e.g. r finding black money .

anoder lawyer cud'd easily said that Mn can't say anything 2 any1 as Ak was cruel & she was afraid 4 N & oder's safety and wen she found sum who cud take action she took action & told abt his crimes.

and court wudn'td seen that child shud b wid bio parents only. why shud it? they wud'd seen the criminal is in jail so now no harm is N living wid Mn and court wud'd asked her 2 educate the gal if N say she wants 2 live wid Mn.

Akheraj Harki will be jailed for sure Kundan may be sent to home for juvenile delinquents and Mangala won't be able to escape punishment of hiding a crime like kidnapping as well as abetment to crime.

Doing child marriage is much lesser crime than concealing a kidnapper''s crime .

Child marriage - they may get off lightly because of the society they live in and their level of education.

Anandi may be reprimanded by court for putting a life in danger but there is enough evidence to suggest that she is a good mother capable of providing for her children and keeping them safe too.Shivam is an evidence for her capabilities as a mother.

Mangala has no legal rights even if she can claim on the basis of emotional attachment it is quite evident from the numerous instances that have happened in Akheraj house that there is no way she could keep the child safe and to top it all she has no means to provide for the child or give the life that child desrves.

Having some maternal instincts is NOT enough to raise a child. Child is a responsibility and not some object to satisfy some maternal instincts.

Jagya has seen how akhiraj was trying to kill her after she exposed him before jagya... I am sure he will stand as witness for her.

what a pity mangala will not get any punishment. 😭
