Anandi sees J only as a little boy who almost died 🤣 I have not seen any such scenes, please let me know if there was any such dialogue.

I like selfish Mangala. Let her be like that.

For Selfish Mangala unknown baby girl became her self. Kamli, Gopal, Pushkar, teacherji etc. were close to her self. Now she's feeling bad and crying for not considering people around as her own self. Poor lady she doesn't know this will make her more selfish.

It is not Anandi who exercised her rights it is Jagya who gave her those rights. With all those rights she tried only to help him distance himself from her and lead a life of his own instead of clinging on to memories not to bind himself to her or cling on to him.
She supported him against HETH SINGH for the good of Jaitser. She was doing it for people of Jaitser. She has every right as a responsible citizen to support a candidate who is contesting against Heth Singh

When he came to SN to take her back to BH she told him to take care of his own wife and marriage instead of concerning himself with her decision to move out of BH.

As for her consoling J and reaching out to him when he was down after knowing about Mannu's marriage it was more a friend reaching out to another friend just like J telling her that his help and support will be there for her at the time of Shiv's death or him supporting Dsa 's decision to bring Anandi to BH. He too wanted be there for her in her hour of need out of respect and regard.

The point is simple. We do good to others bse that is the right thing to do.
Anandi saved J in a spur of a moment just as M did.

Then whenever possible A tried to do good to J even though either her methods were wrong or it was out of boundaries of her rights.

Moreover J was an adult in most ocassions and capable enough to take his decisions still Anandi had to make her presence felt. And by the way whenever she tried to help him she created more problems for him.

Forcing him for third marriage led to SaJa, and later during MLA elections it led to name shame. Even post leap her never ending stay led to issues.

Anandi's good intentions have also not done much great to others. More has been wrecked than good done.

N is a child and unclaimed. Mangala too has been given rights by N simply bse she cared for N and that is why, when in dire need N runs to M and not to others.

The best difference between both flawed Mangala and flawed Anandi is that M introspects, accepts her mistakes and learns.

Anandi doesn't even introspect.

"Much is expected from Mangala only because she claims to care for that child and feels that she is that child's mother."

@bold - LOL expectations on mangala were with full force long before she had made any claims. This was the very reason all these discussions have started in the first place. I remember reading these expectations, then getting shocked ...then thinking back on how I never measured anandi by such a high level yardstick...and then started writing posts in comparison to Anandi and mangala.

A very good point. A thought that I get everytime I read here that Anandi is selfless...and that's why she lost her child while fighting ...blah blah... It is Okay if one is selfless. She could go and jump in a well too to save others. Not a soul would bother or worry about her. What is irritating is , in this case, she put someone else life in danger here, not her's!

mangala still thinks she can control akheraj but kamli said right after winning election he will be out of control.
its not a matter of nimboli safety , basically mangala is thinking only one thing they will take nimboli and she will be separated but she is not getting one thing if akheraj will become MLA nimboli and other ladies will not have any future ,even if nimboli will stay with disa everyday will be hell for her. she will be slave of akheraj.

and really this mannu and pooja r pathetic still they think they r husband wife, cant they understand first stand on own feet and then think about marriage and love.

So true.

I was shocked too read posts those stated how Mangla was a villain trapping Nandini in child marriage to catter her own selfish motherly instincts when She should be applauded for thinking of a way to save child's live by even putting her life one more time in danger for the sake of someone else totally unrelated to her.
That made me jump into her defence.

Even y/day her self examination improved her image in my perception since how many ppl can examine their own conduct so objectively? How many of them berate themselves for not exerting more for the sake of society beyond their personal gain specially when the same society did nothing for them?

@ bold - Apart from that I thought she was too modest to give such less credibility to herself. She was not just saving nandini and herself. She was saving everyone that she could. Like she saved Kamili and urmi. For a woman in mangala's place, even thinking about another person would be surprising while mangala actually risked her life to save others.

I like M for all the good she could do so far, for whoever possible given her limitations, circumstances and background.

I like the fact that she introspects and tries to change / adapt.

I have not always found her methods to be the best but somehow her methods are justified. In her shoes and in her position I don't expect more. In fact I already applaud her for what she could do, because she didn't even have to do that much.

Comparison to Anandi only comes in picture to highlight that 'we didn't blame Anandi for such similar mistakes then why crucify Mangala'. Otherwise M has her own merits.

For me the fact that she is doing over and above for the likes of N, Urmi or K and now masterji when she didn't have to do anything at all, makes me appreciate the character.
