Though Nidhi's situation needed to be dealt strictly but at the same time she should not be punished for it publicly.

Agree that she should be thrown out of school immediately but she could have made her waited for her mother in principals office under her eyes . By sitting out side the gate Nidhi could have become a laughing stock for other girls or for passer byes.

It can cause adverse psychological affect on her instead of teaching her to follow rules and regulations as she is still an underage kid. pirin

then anandi should have ask nidhi a reason and would have talk to nidhi parents first insead of giving straight punishment that how ur quarrel badly effect on ur daughter .

She did not ask.

But here the kid is under aged.

Girls who drink do drugs get debarred if no caught no questions will be asked . That goes for boys who drink and do drugs too.

Anandi just did that. Threw her out of the school only thing she told the kid to wait for her mother.

Why the kid is drinking and how the kid got hold of booze is her mother's responsibility to look into not Anandi's.

Anandi's responsibility ends with her throwing out the kid before she causes problems to other kids with her problems and informing the mother of the kid about what she learnt about her kid.

If Shivam plays a prank it is Anandi's responsibility to make him understand it's bad similarly Nidhi's bad behaviour is her mother's responsibility.

People expected Anandi to make Shivam realise the dangers on going out on his own and also expect her to correct her son and now why are they expecting Anandi to correct someone else's kid?

Anandi is only her school principal not her mother.

Dont try to defend anandi saying that she is only a school principal and not a mother.

She is also a social worker and she gives long bhashans on every occasion.

She is wearing many hats.

She treated Sanchi with kidglvoves when Sanchi wore short dress, drank, lied etc.
Now the same anandi is making Nidhi to sit in direct sunlight until her mother comes.

Anandi forgave DB for graver mistakes because she was elder woman of the house. And Sanchi is her sister in law.

For Anandi it was never family vs non-family but injustice against others vs injustice against self.
Yes, she forgives the person when his/her actions are causing troubles for herself. She has a big enough heart to do that.
But she cannot see others in trouble.. She didn't tolerate it when DB tried to harm Amol or Shiv.
She was strict at times even when Shiv was there.
It is just the great writer's great perception that a woman should be alone fighting the world on her own to be successful and independent. 👎🏼

in school also teacher also has responsibility to show right path to student instead of giving just straight punishment.it is not only responsible of mother but it is responsible of teacher to give right path to student .otherwise what is purpose of opening school just to teach how to read and how to write only ??.I know one of engineering student he to have drinking alcohol ..he was given warning many time but he did not listen at last his name was cut

She may be wearing many hats

The question still remains how did the child get into the habit of alcohol consumption?

The kid needs to be dealt firmly what ever the reason for alcohol consumption may be.

IT IS WRONG.

Wrong is wrong no matter the reasons for it may be.

For that she should be punished just to tell her that this kind of behaviour is not on no matter what the circumstances are.

Social worker doesn't mean you can put other kids life in jeopardy by trying to lavish kindness on this kid

She is responsible for other kids as well.

The other kids also need to know that she did something thing wrong and being punished for it.

They didn't tell other kids what she did . They just know that she broke some rules so she is being punished.

Other kids now know better what will happen if rules are broken
