If they wanted Nandini kidnap - it would have been easy if she was kidnapped in some realistic situation - like Anandi or any other family member taking her to hospital/market/walking her in stroller etc. and someone snatches the baby suddenly and disappear taking advantage of crowd. If they wanted child marriage of Nandini - they could show the Akhera Singh kidnapped the girl but they got scared that they will be caught because people know that they have kidnapped the child. They abandon the baby at some desolate place to get rid of her. Some childless couple passing through the place (but not living there) spot her (too much coincidence, but still better than what they did show) and take her home like their own daughter. Police succeed catching Akhera Singh, but cannot trace the baby because he only knows where he abandoned the baby - those who found her cannot be traced because they do not live in vicinity. That couple believe in age old child marriage custom - they do marriage of Nandini, but brought up her with love and care. Her in-laws are also normal family and the child marriage is like any other child marriage - like Bhago and Khajan, like Bhairo and Sumitra like Lal Singh and his wife. (bal-vivah is not always like child labour and torture - but it does stall education of child bride, early pregnancy and undernourishment of mother and child. Creatives never show real face of bal-vivah - not all in-laws are monstrous.)

This way even if it is bal-vivah, Anandi's story is not repeated. Let Anandi find her girl at age 11. Naturally, the girl would want to remain with the only parents she knew all along. Kacchi Umar ke pakke rishte. Show the struggle of Anandi to get her child back - more importantly to give her education.

Other members can also think of different ideas - all of them will be better than the story we will get to see. Who knows, some of the ideas get incorporated in the serial - like they did not show Anandi bal-vivah flash-back.
