Dadisa could have tried to bring the villagers to understand the issue of widow remarriage citing Sugna's example. Well, Sugna was young compared to Gehna. The main issue is widow remarriage. The villagers saw so many things happening in BH and they would have understood this time too.

The thing is Basant's death is still fresh in the memory of the villagers and Gehna is a mature widow in the eyes of the villagers who can live life taking care of her kids.

Dadisa's challenge may make villagers more angry that she is using her power over them.

Let us see the action and reaction.

Sarpanch was also shown opposing this marriage. But he always came across as a much more open minded person in earlier tracks like this. Ab achanak kya hogaya. Just to show DS doing her Beendni's remarriage against all opposition they changed others characters.

yes ds challange can make villagers more angry but angerness of villagers will have not have any effect of ds , ds is not going to scare by villagers in anyway she will surely do gehna marriage.no one can stop her and it is useless to argue with these villagers .ds should have ignore these villagers instead of convincing them .even if jaitsar become metro city still villagers will follow useless custom and will force other to follow useless custom

Marriage was forced on Gehna and Niranjan. Dadisa used to be like that with Anandi, Sumitra, Bhairon, dictating. Now also she is acting like a dictator. She thinks marriage is good for Gehna and she could not even wait for things to unfold more naturally. What if Niranjan also dies? Will dadisa find another groom for Gehna?

And how can villagers interfere in the personal matters of a family? On what basis?

Dadisa was more belligerent stubborn rather than determined.
This sarpanch was a big supporter of Anandi and Dsa and he was the one who wanted Anandi to be the sarpanch supported Anandi against HS and he was also part of that group which organisd mass weddings orgainsed in Jaitser where Anandi and lot of other diorcees and widows got married.
Now he is opposing Gehna's remarriage saying it is against tradition
Now Dsa is acting like she has never ever got widows or divorcees remarried.Didn't she accept Suguna;s remarriage. Didn't she accept Ganga as her bahu?
All of them are sounding defensive and confrontational.
Not one argument in favour or against remarriage is convincing.

This track is such a waste of time. Why should Basant die in the first place? Why Gehna is not allowed to take her own time to decide her future? Now Gehna will appear like a lustful woman in the eyes of the villagers who is ready to marry an young man so soon after her first husband's death. Even a man marrying within a few months of first wife death is an insensitive thing. There should be some time gap to come to terms with life. Even anandi could not forget Jagya for the first few days even after marrying Shiv .Same thing will be repeated here. They are simply recycling.

Dadisa's arguments were so unconvincing when she was rattling of all the lessons she learnt at school about social reformers as the inspiration behind her move to get Gehna married🤢
They are trying to justify those two tracks which they have started one Dsa's school track and this Gehna remarriage track in that scene. Both the tracks are so unconvincing.
Which school taught Dsa how to build her life after being widowed and left with two kids?Which school taught her how to build up a thriving business? Which school taught her to help rebuild Anandi's life the vey life she ruined with her backward thoughts and practices?
Which school taught her to stand up for women who are being abused by men?
Dsa was far more convincing when she was fighting on behalf of Gehna and defending her stand on allowing Gehna to wear colour clothes and bindi. She said that just because her husband is no more that doesn't mean she should lead a colourless bleak existence.
CVs are just trying to say that they have done the right thing by sending Dsa to school 🤢
Dsa's desire to get a matric pass certificate is quite laudable and for that if she needed to enrol in school then it's fine.
But just because a century ago people fought for widow remarriage they don't need to show the same with Dsa.
Back then widows were burnt to death along with their husbands since ppl felt that woman had no life without husband and they had many such practices which amounted to the belief and practice that for a woman life meant life with her husband and without husband her life is not worth living
Dsa is propagating the same belief now by getting a husband for Gehna🤢😡

DS was plain arrogant - both with the priest and with surpanch, her body language and tone was like she is the queen talking with her subjects. Even Jagya and Ganga were giving angry looks, Niranjan remained neutral while Gahna was teary eyed.
The arguments are repetitive - creatives could have shown something different from their previous tracks. BV thinks somebody can be a sarpanch for his whole life - he has not even aged since Anandi and Jagya were young children.

Ganga's words were better - women have a right to choose what she wants - but creatives forgot that here the woman (Gahna) did not choose to remarry - this remarriage is being forced on her just by DS, Jagya and Ganga just like villagers are trying to force continued widowhood on her. The track had the potential - but the execution is making it boring - hope BV writers will come up better in next track...

ds did not force gehna to do marriage .she even ask nirajan and gehna r u happy with this marriage .when there was yes from gehna side then only ds decide to marry gehna , when there was no from gehna ds did not force gehna to do marry , yes ds was wrong in bringing gehna and niranjan secretely .instead of planning to bring gehna and niranjan together from behind ds should have talk to gehna directly about remarry and should have ask gehna opinion about remariage another thing may be satyajit sharma dont want to do basant role anymore that is why basant die or may be bv cvs want to end bemail vivah that is why basant die
