Shiv's power

People say Shiv is using his power and trying to make this case stronger so he is being bad but i ask you members that if Shiv has used his power for the benefit of Singhs he was good but now if he tries to use it to certain extent against Singhs would it be unfair?...it would be wrong morally but not unfair because when they needed his help he did pull some strings

Earlier noone else was affected by that. He did that because he forgave Jagya. But now if Shiv misuses power, jagya's life will be affected for no fault.

Anyway i believe misusing power is wrong in any case. But this time i don't think he has done any misuse as of now. Since he is the collector, police are siding with him immly and case may get preferential treatment. Other than this conscious misuse nahi kiya hai IMO.
