But he was never illegally married to Gauri...they had a livein relationship. ...never marriage...he dumped her before the marriage...as I remember...and since Gauri disappeared. ..they cannot even blame him for the illegitimate child...who the CV'S have conveniently swept under the carpet.

In real life people punish strongly rapist persons but here he was not so hard with them and now giving punishment to him who openly rejected his doll

why he hid the facts today ? If he would have told truth to police today Jagya can't be arrested in any case but He hid the truths and allowed Sanchi tell her imaginary story I will call it imaginary because she presented story molding it completely and hidden all the facts She hid everything and presented everything in a different light and Shiv even after knowing the truth kept quiet because he was dying to see Jagya in jail ???👎🏼

His past will be put behind when Anandi, one of his ex comes forward and confirms Jagya has changed. Shiv will not hide the truth but he will not tell them to court either. If he tells any details its because he will be forced to spit out. Otherwise, he would have disclosed the main reason for breakup - restaurant incident. He couldn't stop suicide case because FIR was already filed by the police. You see, its easy to file a case. Real challenge is evidence. He is clever and powerful enough to manipulate evidence to take revenge on Jagya.

@groucho. If you see the serial, jagya dumped anandi and got married gauri even registering the marriage. Later he got to know that his child marriage is legal and his marriage with gauri is illegal. He attempted bigamy. Anandi knowing ths excused him bcos f singhs.

Well I was a regular...and what you say partially correct...he DID find out that his marriage to A was legal...so I agree he did attempt to marry G and therefore attempt bigamy..but I remember that he never could register his marriage because of his legal marriage. ...And the operative word is 'attempt' and not commit!!

Besides the fact that no one challenged him cannot be his fault ...

I am the last person to condone what J did in the past but the lawyers cannot implicate J unless a case was registered for his past deeds.
