It's their majboori...Sanchi has to be punished for attempting suicide, because the law demands it, otherwise they would have tried to escape from this too...they know that even if the world finds out that Sanchi attempted suicide, everyone will pity her once they find out what a womanizer Jagya is and that he is now in jail for provoking Sanchi's behavior...so hisab barabar hoga...to see Jagya punished for bruising their sister's ego, they will have to go through the suicide case too, they planned on punishing Jagya and getting him locked up even before the inspector told them that Sanchi's suicide attempt is punishable, and this didn't deter them...

The issue is revenge...not to let the issue die down...not to move on...they want to take revenge from Jagya so not only law, but the world punishes him too...but the thing is, this will backfire...law & world will both turn on them when Jagya is proven not guilty. Hopefully...if abuse of power isn't involved.

DS sins will be paid by jagya in court. She never in dreams thought someone would drag her sins in court one day. She cleverly shut anandi, bhairon ad all the people from going to court.

Yeah Jagya pays for his own sins, now time to make him pay for DS's sins too...he'll be paying his whole life for various sins, his own and those of the people around him, eventually he will become bankrupt...But still he'll never quite be redeemed enough for most people...

Hopefully, Sanchi lives her entire life paying for her whole family's ego too...their pride hath a fall...hope all their curses on Jagya & Ganga backfire on her...

Totally agree with you He was not being great in punishing his sister his words clearly indicated that him letting Sanchi getting this punishment was only a ploy to get Jagya in jail and he silently supported all her fake story where hid truths , molded all the story as per her own wish to put the blame on Jagya Like the way he trapped her , then left her and married Ganga All the truths she has hidden and completely molded the story and Shiv did not bother to give clear facts to police ? What he thinks in court he can hide the truth just like that ???

True...what I want to see is how Anandi handles the court questions...the CV's have already made her into a silent spectator. ..hope they don't butcher her character further in court.

No, in CVs philosophy, Jagya will pay even for Shiv's sins...maybe even Sanchi's...Ira's too...lets not forget Alok & Daddu...he is the only one on this show who pays for anything he did wrong...we thought he had paid enough but few days ago ppl were questioning whether he has been truly redeemed, so CVs thought, since there's still a question of that...let's punish him further...

Shiv, Sanchi, Ira, Alok, Daddu...all will get off with a sorry...Jagya, will continue to pay for living with Gauri for the rest of his life, and still die a sinner...bec. he fell in love again & got remarried

If he misused his power he would stop police from hiding the truth from filing the case. This happens a lot in real world where ministers hide ther children faults by not filing the case. He is ready to get his sister punished and get her humiliated too.
