This show DECIDEDLY DOES NOT have the standard and class that it used to have when it had started. It has suffered lows earlier also. Still at that time people consoled themselves thinking it must be to highlight some social issue or effect of child marriage.
But NOW whatever that is happening or seems to be in store for future happening...looks like cheap drama akin to K serials of Kekta maiya!
Sanchi drama
The earlier animosity towards Anandi seemed explicable given that both Sanchi and Anandi were from different backgrounds and Anandi's past was used to gossip about her. But this Jagya-Sanchi drama with Ganga as a part of the triangle and Anandi being dragged around as punching bag/scapegoat by all parties is NO story, nothing understandable or explicable! This was just cheap drama! Now being made cheaper as Ira blames Anandi, Sanchi attempts self harm and Singhs also do drama.
This character has been used to create unnecesary and cheap low brow drama. 😡
Shiv
What are BV CVs doing to Shiv?! Earlier he was barely shown because he was in JDJ. Then he was reduced to a mannequin witnessing drama in his own home and at times his in laws' house. Later he was made oblivious to happenings in family and only concerned about romance with wife. Now his character is further spoiled by giving him senseless dialogues and making him a typical husband who blames wife or takes his anger on wife for troubles elsewhere.
Will he be ruined further? 😲 Will he be shown having flashbacks of his mother's and UD's curses about Anandi? 😕 I hope NOT!
The Shiv of 2013 is a far cry from Shivraj Shekhar of 2012! It seems like CVs sold dreams only to break them later. 😭
Jagya's redemption?
Excuse me!! Is this what you call redemption?!! 🤢 His actions have been made debatable. He is shown confused and stuck and later taking a reckless step. The way he's being bashed and what he was made to do by CVs, it is not even creating sympathy for him!! 😲 As his actions did have impact on both families and CVs showed him earlier telling Shiv, "Main jaanta hun main kya kar raha hun" - he can be held guilty too.
Is this redemption?! Is this even creating sympathy for him? Not the way you're showing it!
Also, why no legalities were checked in his third marriage too (even as Singhs were contemplating it)? Wasn't it necessary both for characters and for information of viewers of this serial?
This was the worst redemption ever. Stained in a way again.
Ganga's liberation
An inspirational character again mishandled. More often then not reduced to a silent cry baby who weeps over little words of other foolish characters like Sanchi.
CVs have also treated Ganga with excessive degree of violence and brutality. Her past was violent and full of exploitation, she was beaten up, burnt, poisoned even at hospital, people giving her shelter were also beaten up and brought in a close brush to death, she was saved from being run over by a truck, she suffered rape attempt yet again (last one was WORSE and reflected BADLY on women, giving impression that a lone woman could never survive by herself and would suffer rape/attempt to rape).
She's treated like a yo yo by Singhs as well as CVs! Sometimes they show her righteous and self respecting, who taught lessons to others. Sometimes they show her weak. Singhs earlier made her family like she was a bahu. Now they use worst and cheapest language for her or DS shows "love" by putting wad of currency notes in her hands! 😲
What are you doing with her?! And why is her story so gory even after escape from Ratan's clutches? Give her and viewers some respite!
Treatment of children
It was really bad when Nandu was also lifted around, tied down, kerosene put on him when Singhs were being attacked by Ratan.
Mannu is so little yet he has been shown in most violent sequences! Ratan ones were also bad. But worse is that he is made part of shout fests with Singhs and Jagya/Ganga/Sanchi?
Why?
This is sensationalism at its worst. 🤢
Spare the kids at least!
You've earlier also treated kids in worst ways with torture of little Anandi and Sugna's kid Varun.

Why was Ashima shown before and later? Why did you show her having a ONS with Mahi?

Ratan Singh's parents are still free. No one knows about Padma and her daughter.
Urmi Devi has been shown on on and and off basis for drama. She talks about her daughter.
Mahaan CVs also showed some Shiv lookalike called Vikram in Kashmir!! And Shiv promised he would get him caught. Is that panga in reserve? 😲
There are some new gundas who have sworn revenge on Anandi and Shiv due to their social work. You'll use that for more violence too, CVs?

There was also a mention of some corrupt new collector of Jetsar. Again some reserve for future tamasha?!
