I am tired of his dilly dallying. He is getting so many opportunities to say no and he is simply not saying it.

Everyone is giving opportunities i mean shiv gave and now ira but shiv gave at the last moment of his engagement now ira i don't understand her mean may be the current situation is right for him to say no. But, he need strong reason to stop this nonsense. Hope, cv's will create the situation to speak up his mind.
