Hi Picasso,

I agree that the relationship is absurd... but now that it is done, then it is done... and should be given due respect.

Anandi is still not able to stomach the relationship, and that is what pisses me off personally.

Sure it's done Sector. But I don't think it deserves respect because Saanchi, Ira and Sumitra have made a mockery of it. Their maniuplations nullify the dignity (if any) of this absurd relationship. They have sullied the essence of the bond. It is more a power struggle, who has more control, who wins over whom. The 'monkey in the middle' is poor Jagya.

Agreed again ...i completely agree her way is infuriatingly passive aggressive . I don't blame Ira at all for not telling her that Jagya was coming . I fault her for the way she invited him but not for keeping it from Anandi .

You're right Kools but that does not negate that the withholding of info was Ira's way of being passive aggressive too. Now that is not becoming of an elder in the family. Also the fact that she (Ira) is now plotting WITH Saanchi makes the whole thing even more deplorable. What kind of an idiot of a mother is she. Instead of teaching her daughter good values, she is joining her in her intrigues.

Anandi does irritate me too with her constant interference (read scoldings, questioning and sanctioning) in Jagya's life based on the justification of their childhood bond, but that does not excuse Ira's and Saanchi's bad behavior. Anandi, needs to deal with them directly instead of dealing with Jagya. She needs to give Jagya space. Right now she is showing disrespect to her Inlaws because of her silence. She needs to speak up concisely and in front of everyone so that nothing gets relayed incorrectly.

And it will increase , Saanchi has already learned to be passive aggreesive and pretend otherwise to deal with Anandi .She was not like that earlier ...she was frank and outspoken . But she observed the passive aggressive obstinacy of Anandi and she changed her tactics to suit this trait coz whatever she objected to fell on deaf ears .

hey kools,

did you see how disappointed anandi was to know that they are going out to dinner at a restaurant with a reservation. 😕

she had probably slaved in the kitchen the whole day to make gatte ki sabji for jagya's dinner 🤣🤣

she was all prepared to join jagya and saanchi uninvited too for dinner... only thing is that saanchi took J by the hand and left without a second look at anandi !! 🤣🤣

She looked stunned and i really don't know why .

I didn't like one thing

the way she hurriedly lies to Saanchi and pretended as if she was talking about something else

it shows

that she feels that SHE has more intimacy with Jagya than his future wife and she has no problems exercising it and in a patronizing way defining the future wife as an outsider

A very infuriating trait and perhaps for the first time i felt sorry for Saanchi

Shiv should display this intimacy with Ashima and treat Anandi as the outsider who need not know all and then she should see how it feels .

Hehe. Kools, I was just about to tease Sector about missing little Miss Extraordinary's little lie. How easily she lied. It was a defining moment really. Just shows how little confidence she has in her new home, hence the shortage of baashans for her new pariwar. All the baashans are reserved for Singhs and outsiders.

@ sector, I think someone wants to get this thread closed. Maybe you shoud pm the mods to just delete the offending post rather than closing the entire thread.

asking him kya rishta hai tumhara with Ganga

unfortunately the stupid Shekhars have not asked her WHAT rishta is still there with Jagya

why r u still trying to RUN his life have u no life of ur own

sector its true , behind all this lamba chauda bhashan the reason is very selfish

The fear that Ira will kick her butt and she will lose place as the Shekhar bahu

the girl is unsuitable for the family who took her side against their own blood but she has no problem getting her in there and being safe with her in laws . After initially doing a big one day drama of being miffed that Ganga was kicked out at night , she hurriedly apologised and regained entry and is now telling Jagya that she need not get help henceforth , enough is enough , now let her remain in dil and have dil ka rishta

Exactly what Sumitra says bluntly

Sumitra and Anandi r same sides of the coin .
