I guess its pretty obvious anyway...

Hmmm if she is willing to change herself to desperate lengths to make herself ideal in front of Jagya however forgetting her true self then how can it be true love?

It's kind of infatuation,
Coz she wants to impress Jagya by doing things which he likes.
Wearing lehenga and buttering Singhs and also Mannu is something she's doing becoz of immaturity.
If she was true in her love, She should first truly change and treat Ganga and Anandi well.
But she isn't doing that. Everything about her is fake,

Shiv never did such things to Anandi's family. But, yeah he behaved well with Singh's,
But he's always the same even after marriage.
But Sanchi will never do that, once her marriage gets over, She'll show her true colors.
