Ganga is not going to become some aaya or ward boy. If creatives cannot show Ganga completing her education properly and going to proper nursing institute (this will take time and they have to take mini leap because obviously completing the 12th board and nursing training is time consuming) , they could have chose some other profession where these formal training is not required. It is not that they have to show Ganga (or anybody else) working all the time, but to show a third class pass person appearing for 10th board by studying for only 2-3 months (CVs perhaps do not know that for appearing in board exam there is registration process) is ridiculous.

spuja it's very common in places like mumbai also...you would n't believe it but i have seen clinics where the young girls in her mid 20's work and they all are just trained by doctors they work under...i had a dog who became ill and when i took her to vet clinic after few days i got to know that the girl who was literally supervising everything in clinic was just a undergrad student and she learned everything from the doctor...nurse job is not so difficult...after few months they become so expert in their job that it hardly matters that they did some professional course or not...they learn from daily observation and practice form the doctor itself...some become more better in putting needles to patient then doctor itself

@libs i agree wid u!! i'd seen this in rural araes also as my father was a doc.and my uncle who was 10th pass bcame a pharmacist & he was in govt. job & rtrd as cheif pharmacist. and my aunt also just after doing 10+1, did training of female health worker for -4 months tho it was by govt. hospital but i'd seen that in rural areas & places where not much facilities r avaialble its common 2 train ppl like this.
and abt 3rd class pass then ganga was 5th class pass & she was gud in studies. i'd seen many ppl doing 10+1 & +2 straight even if they'd failed 8th class & r not so gud in studies,by sum pvt institutes or by correspondance.
and 4 nurse theres need of basic training which can b given by even docs. sumtime ago sum1 said that docs can't take any1 on round like J did wid ganga. but i asked my sis whos a gyanecolgist abt it & she said its not essential that doc shudn't do it. they can take them or not,it depends on them & if sum1 prsnly wants 2 take 2 tell abt then its not a crime or objectionable by govt.😊

Well if forum members think that whatever is being shown is correct as per practice, what I can say? When Ganga could not set Nandu's bag (who is in class 5), it was said that she was third class pass. People can appear for board exam through correspondence, but there is a registration process which takes more than 4-5 months. Here within 2-3 months Ganga appeared in exam, and people believe anyone can prepare for board exam in this short time. I have not seen anywhere that doctors train nurses and for the first time I heard that it is common in Mumbai also.

well if you have not seen something that doesn't mean it doesn't exist it does exist and second @bold what 😕according to you a doctor is not competent enough to train a nurse 😳i am not its saying family business but there is nothing family business here ? why in a world a doctor is not competent enough to train a nurse ? What extra special work a nurse does that a doctor cannot do ?A nurse is follower of doctor's instructions What a nurse does , care for patients ( this a doctor cannot do ?yes he can ), give doctor's prescribed injections , give prescribed medicines to patients , Drips patients , help in operations by giving instruments to doctor , give progress report of patient to a doctor, bandgage the wounds of patients etc These all works a doctor doesn't know to do ?He knows it better than a nurse A nurse is helper of a doctor A doctor is competent enough to teach nurses but opposite cannot happen i mean a nurse cannot train doctor

I guess you don't know but in many villages many ayas seeing their work they are also promoted to nurses to cover the need of nurses in an area They don't carry degrees in their hands but their experience and rest they learn working with their respective doctors They are also nurses and work in hospitals Becoming a doctor is difficult but becoming a nurse is a lot easier as compared to a doctor and doctors can train nurses so cvs are not showing any blunder here
