Yes you are right! The alliance was not fixed. They were just considering the rishta. Iske liye koi badnaami kahi bhi nahi hogi. Chote se village me bhi nahi hogi. Ppl are not fools. Rishte ki baat kayi jagah chalthi hai. Its no big deal. Fix hone ke baad tute toh shayad log baatein karenge. Its possible.

DS did not lie for kisi ki bhalayi but for her own bhalayi (getting Shiv for Anandi and get them married to assuage her guilt).

Apne swarth ke liye bola gaya jhooth toh galat hi hota hai.

DS always lies for her own selfish ends. She doesn't lie for sake of others or to uphold dharma!

We should take lines from Gita in right context and it's not like they can be used to justify lies told for personal reasons.

This track only showed that one cannot flee from past, and a lie or hiding truth will always cost you sometime in life. You have to pay for every single action you do.

U r also right here that DS lied for her own selfish reason but at the same time "anjaane hee Anandi ki shaadi ek bahut hee achhe insaan se huee jo uski izzat karta hai" I agree she did this unintentionally, She forced Bhaago to manaoed Anandi and I think that jo hota hai achcha hota hai warna agar Bhago ke karan Shiv se engagement nahee hoti toh phir DS would have forced Anandi to marry Jagya...😡 the looserof that time and phase. DS should thanked Anandi that she refused to marry Jagya otherwise Jagya would not have changed.😉

Here with Shiv's family they only had initial talks and nothing has been finalised.They were just considering as this is one among several marriage proposals.It may or may not go further.

If the match has been finalised and engagement happened or wedding date decided and then it broke it gives rise to all kinds of talks whether it is in a village or city.

If UD was asked why they did not go through that rishta with collector they may have heard that he is a good guy and a very suitable groom and they were surprised that she broke this rishta.Again all these queries from people must have reminded of her own stupidity.

I think she is more angry with her self for her stupidity and she is taking it out on everybody.Only her anger against DS is justified to certain extent.Her anger against Anandi is totally unjustified.
