Finally the much awaited day arrived...we proceeded to Jaipur together in flight. I never saw him that happy so far.

He handed me few papers.

Jagdish: Anandi, these documents need your signature, they are meant for our court marriage. Apne barbadi ke papers pe sign karo. (And he laughed merrily)

Me: Don't ever say that Jagdish, that's not funny at all. 😒

I reached home, I had requested Papa for a moderate wedding; but was surprised to see preparation towards a huge celebration from both sides.

The event was organized at the biggest star hotel in Jaipur. At least one thousand people were supposed to attend the show.

On wedding day I was dressed in a maroon lehenga with golden jaree work and he was in a white sherwani. Together we were picture-perfect, many pictures were taken, many eyes stared us with jealousy.

No need to say, most of our relatives were going Ga Ga over his looks, education, background blah blah blah

I could hear people whisper "the groom is sooo handsome"..."he is too good for our Anandi"..."She is extremely lucky"..."Which brat(worship) has she done to deserve such good luck?"...

Most of the rituals followed and I found him really competing to win over me in all the games/rituals. I found this quite amusing at that time.

During Bidai mom & some of my relatives started the usual rona-dhona ceremony. But I was smiling all day. I was more tha happy to visit "Piya ka ghar".

And what a ghar it was, a huge haweli/palace rather. I was welcomed with a grand ceremony.

Most of my relatives visited me on my reception. I looked ravishing in a green & ranee lehenga...Till that time we were in separate rooms and met directly on the stage. He just gave me a casual smile (no admiration??).

My mom wanted to talk to me in private for 5-10 minutes.

Mom: Lado, I hope you are aware of the physical side of man-woman relationship, tonight is your SR!

Me: Yes mom, I have read in in my biology books in class XII.

Mom: But Lado, have not you watched any such movie or heard anything from friends??

Then she told me certain things which were kind of my first learning for me in that area...

Me: Mom, dont worry at all. Jagdish is very shy, he wont do anything without my consent. We are best friends you see. Whatever would happen its me who has to commence 😆...he is a total BHOLE BHANDARI

Mom: Hey Bhagvan!!

As the event was towards closure it was already midnight. We reached home and were asked to wait as the bedroom was undergoing some decoration. He immediately headed to another washroom for a quick shower.

Sumitraji: Lado, just wanted to tell you something.

Me: Yes Maasa

Sumitraji: You may find my son bit arrogant, but I have heard lot of good things regarding you. I have no doubts you can handle my ladla perfectly.

After few minutes my sister-in-law escorted me to a heavenly decorated grand bedroom. There was a canopy of flowers on the top of the bed. The room smelled rose & jasmine, and with a full moon outside it was just out of the world. I slowly walked to the huge bay window and started watching outside...

I heard the door open, he came in wearing a simple black track suite... my cheeks started burning...

He tilted his head a little and watched me from a distance, a little startled...there was something in his eyes...was it love...I doubted...

Then immediately he walked away, in a strange way...hmmm..baby steps...yes he was walking like a baby and entered the washroom. Then he started brushing his teeth...he was staring at me in between...

Me: (He nervous? 😆 It seems I have to initiate things as I guessed before)

Suddenly he came to me, and without a word he started taking out my ornaments one by one. He was all silent. And then suddenly he started removing my Pallu and others...I was shocked. I started to resist and he applied more force.

Me: Jagdish...please stop...don't do this...I am not ready now...

He did not utter a word and continued...I started struggling...In fact it was a struggle from both sides now...Of course he overpowered me. And before the last pieces were withdrawn he started biting my mouth mercilessly. I was feeling breathless now but too shocked to know how to react. My sister-in-law's room was next door and hence I could not shout as well.

Ultimately...

Me: JAGDISH!! Stop!! I never thought you could fall to this extent. I thought so nicely of you.

Jagdish: WHATTT? (He shouted) Today is our first night together as man & wife and we must consummate as per the sastra...why did you marry me? why you want to spoil my special night?

Me: Don't touch me please. (Now even I yelled at him)

He immediately started crying at his peak volume...again the eyes went red & flooded...and then suddenly he started kicking my stomach with full force..I was badly hurt..he would have continued that for long, but fortunately both of us were tired to death and after few kicks he fell silent and slept immediately. I kept on sobbing for few more minutes, found something else to wear and finally dozed off. I was too tired to think at that time. Only Almighty knew what lied ahead for me.

Note: Dear readers, please send me your likes/dislikes. Unlike many people here, I am no writer and would need your encouragement to go ahead. So far I got very few feedbacks; I am writing this for you and wish the story reaches most of the female members here. Also please let me know, where Anandi was wrong. Please remember that she is a 23 yo, studious, no-nonsense, innocent young lady. How she could have avoided this misfortune?
