I totally agree with you on that. And Shashank works very hard to portray these shades.in one of the interview he said he has to remain hungry till the shoot is done to portray anger as the anger is ...bhookh ka gussa..., in one of the interview he said he use to feel the grief of jagya even after he came home during portrayal of homeless, beggar time...he goes out of the way to put life into his character and that is clearly visible n screen...but what does he get by this...
How about his future , how about his popularity...he was disappeared also in the middle...bv is liked for its story and performances...when a actor is putting soo much into his character.. What is his reward...when will he get his due...
Jagya making mistakes as kid and teenager may make sense..but how can he not learn from his mistakes when he becomes an adult... How can he continue to make mistakes and continue to be the same person... Any person who went thru soo much in life will learn...this is the time for his redemption...but cvs are still going back and forth...that is really frustrating...it's time for Shashank to get his due both as an actor and also a character..
He is a humble guy with no attitude and cvs are taking him granted for his loyalty and humbleness...

Very beautifully said. SUPPORTING an actor playing lead and good shade is easy. But supporting an actor who play real tough roles like jaggiyya is hard for viewers and it is so sad to see that. Jaggiyya kept this show alive for 4 successful years and its his awesome contribution to Bv, but in return jaggiyya aka shashank gets the craziest tracks in return. He truly deserves more recognition. I wish some awesome team picks him for their project and project him higher just the way he deserves.

@Libra123 you have expressed it very nicely. 👏 👏

i sometime feel bad how shiv's entry has made him lose the main lead role...every where sid is considered as male lead and made to perform...its true Sid has gained popularity through his hard work and looks but one should not ignore Shashank like this...a serial can have two male leads...Shiv may have a strong personality but BV is still about Bal Var (Jagya) and Bal Vadhu (Anandi)...one end is complete and other has to complete now...

I think Jagya has learned from his mistakes, I think with the current track the CV's are trying to clean things out, to separate Jagya and Anandi completely and to continue with two separated tracks.

I agree that Shashank shouldn't be ignored, he deserves more space and he deserves to be on the montage. And he definitely deserves credit for his acting.

At least he has enough space to show his acting range. Sid was very good one on one with his ira and oter scenes with no anandi. But now a days he is just running like a ott joru ka gulam with a anandi who is over the bloom.

@Libs

Great post! Shashank deserves to be rewarded for his hard work and loyalty to the show.

Shashank is a brilliant actor. Not only he is a superb actor, he is very handsome and charming.
In spite of butchering Jagiya's character in every possible way, I can't hate Jagiya. I do not consider Jagiya as a villain, or a bad guy, no , never. Yes, I do get irritated by his irrational behavior, but no, I cannot hate him. The reason: SHASHANK, his superb acting, his good looks, and innocent and boyish charm.

Yes, Shashank deserves the best, and he should earn the best actor's award next time from Colors. Not only he is goodlooking and a great actor, he is loyal to BV, and has been a team player, always delivering what his team expected from him. As a person he is modest and humble. When I read his interviews, i find him so modest, when he says I am the worst actor in BV in a lead role. That shows his maturity and his humility.

But CVs, please give Jagiya a break! I do not agree with some of my friends in the Forum that he deserves more punishment. He has received his share of punishment, and he should be able to move on now. Let him come out of the shades of Jagiya, and Jagat, and be Dr. Jagdish Singh for once so he can serve his community and country. Please do not show this lame love tracks for him any more. Please change him to a matured, confident person, who wants to move forward, leaving the baggage behind.
