TFS for the update!
Ok I LOVED this episode! LOL I feel like I say this all the time, but kya karoon it's nice to see a show provide meaningful messages/insights in an entertaining fashion daily. It must be so difficult to write insightful dialogues/content, but somehow BV manages to do so. And now that they are 6 days a week, the entire team has to put in more time, effort, and work. The effort I see by the entire team of BV is amazing. After watching several shows, trying to find a new show that I could love and not miss for a single day esp after losing my favorite show DEK (which unfortunately the writers/channel/PH ruined with unnecessary drama), I found shows that were likable, but I couldn't find something that completely touched my heart. Then I ran across this show some weeks ago and become obsessed on catching up from at least when Shiv entered. (Thanks to this forum that I found a summary of the going ons in the show prior to Shiv's entry so I got a deeper BG/insight into show's characters).
Anyway, one can tell the effort that team puts in this show by the content of its daily episodes, the wonderful VOs that lead to wonderful tracks that make us laugh, cry, and fill us with joy seeing favorite characters grow in a natural progression. Having experienced/experimented watching several failed shows that had promising concepts, this show has not failed and sets itself apart from the rest with such wonderful storytelling! I am just so thankful for this show! It's like having to eat burnt food for so long that you forget what quality food use to taste like and then to finally get to tase quality food again? SIGH. It's HEAVEN and you never not appreciate it! LOL. Or like our fellow Jagdish ji who had such a great life and didn't realize how great it was until he lost it all and now has such a greater appreciation for it! LOL
Today's episode had a lot of those moments today...well not any crying scenes, but emotionally touching scenes, yes. The entire celebration of rituals at the Shekhars was lovely, sweet, and fun! Esp when Shiv gifts Anandi green chudiyan on Sankrant. SO SWEET! I do love that he doesn't allow Anandi to touch is feet and say our relationship is of equality that was also lovely. Leg pulling of Mahi was also quite entertaining LOL. And I have to say Sanchi may try to hate/and get annoyed with her, but even she softened a bit with the effort Anandi put in getting her gifts. Reminded me of how Sanchi tried to snub Anandi with modern clothes whilst Anandi doesn't snub her or get revenge but gifts Sanchi what Sanchi would want by asking Sanchi's friends for help. The rest was also sweet and funny, but I think I have said more than enough LOL.
Looking forward to Monday's episode!
PS--Noticed all the BDs, LOL, but what can they do, poor team has to work longer now with Colors 6 days a week BV...sigh. Well I shall just consider Sat episode as my bonus episode, I mean it's better than losing my mind over the weekend with no BV LOL
