Shiv- Aanandi ... have finally began forming an imge in my mind. Though not quite concrete yet even the somewhat hazy picture is quite acceptable.. & making me curious & craving for more about them.
Loved it when coincidenatlly she started her doodling at same time she mentioned that all women don't obsess over the kind of men he described indirectly & unconciously conveying to her that he doesn't fall in those category & her admiting it that she is not the one to fall or fuss over such men. In a way their convos are one way or the other paving paths for future encounters & bonding with their thoughts coming to be levelled with at least some similar tastes & descriptions. Loved the easy bonding that is between these two. Also how even unsaid things are slowly beginning to fall in place without being voiced out or having to be reasoned with or justified.
Admired Shiv's character here for being the invisible bridge but at the same time being a reminder to remain within their bounds in this unrequited love of P-M. Now I understood by what you were trying to convey by saying that it wasn't her POV about love you would be describing but Shiv's in the coming parts. I must say you have a knack of convincing by subtly changing the perspective just by placing a different lens in front. Shiv here appears to be someone who has grown & acquired knowledge not just through books but one who has embraced & willingly craving to take each experience of his & others around him as something to be learned & dwelled upon. He seems to be a mixture of civil, modern yet rooted & worldly-wise. He has amalgated himself with the cultures he has been exposed to through his journey of life so far & imbibing & nurturing those that appeal & justify his sensibilities with what has been handed down by his forefathers & own sociocultural setting.
Loved his take stating - ... You don't truly stop loving anyone. You only start learning to love new things & new people...
Even how both Prithvi & Aanandi have been in some period of time occupied the same room in Shiv's house. Quite symbolic on how it was Shiv who was a medium for a change & awakening from their slumber to redefine, & start life afresh by collecting the broken remains & joining them to new drives, passions, & experiences..
