Superb Analysis Sups! Agree with you.
Anandi has come so far from the miseries of her life and Shiv will help her in moving on completely. And we know now that Ganga too will be helped by Jagya, Singhs and somewhere AnSh too. But I really wanna know what has happened to Gauri? Has she moved on with her life or not? Wanna see her realizing her mistakes for her own good and eventually live a happy and content life too!
Don't want CVs to just end her chapter. She too deserves a second chance.

And another thing that annoys me is the fact that some people are not able to make difference between Anandi and Pratz. Hello??! Anandi is fictional character who comes to our homes every day but Sunday because we want that. And Pratz is a real person with all her good and bad sides (we all have them, nobody is perfect) and she does what CVs make her to do. Nobody of us knows her personally to have a right to bash her , and even if we do, there is no right to bash anyone, we should respect every person, we should respect each other!

Bang on like this part of ur analysis very much..its so much true that some people don't understand that actror & character are not same..which is pathetic..

Per me., the gist of your w/up lies in that One sentence...primarily where the main characters differ.
I do not use this word., very often., how much ever I admire them., in their respective fields of work...but do inform your Mom...I'am her "FAN"...b'coz., right now., am' not able to find a better word., for my admiration towards her views.
Per Me., The whole point the soap / serial BV - is trying to put across is...
That - No body is a Hero or a Villian - really., its only the way they react to circumstances they are in.
Gauri had high education but still she remained illiterate in terms of learning the idiosyncracies of Life.
Anandi never had chance for a high education., but she became knowledgable towards Life's lessons., More than the Most...out of her own strength and will power.
Ganga - we will wait and watch., how this character shapes up.
Jagdish - the one end of BV spectrum - who went on to fall in deeper pits., due to his own foolishness and stupidity.
Anandi - the other end of the Spectrum., who rose like a phoenix form Ashes.
Shiv - Who may / will give the pheonix., the strength in the wings to rise high and add a sweet melody to her song.
Ganga - The contrast of Shiv.
Once we u/stand these simple complexities of the characters., I do not think., any one can / should find a reason to Bash them...
After all., we have each one of them in ourselves...😊
It just depends on the perspective we want to adopt.

Uma, so beautifully put and you are right, there is no black or white in the real world. We all have our shades of grey. No one is perfect, and each one have their own human failings and strengths. My mom would always tell me that we should leave out the bad habits of others and try to pick their strengths and good habits of theirs. And also to accept people as they are since we all have weakness which may not be visible to us, but would be visible and annoying to others.
And agreed we just need to understand the complexities and the differences that the BV cvs are trying to show, and for that reason, BV is one of the main reasons I like to watch. Which my mom also likes it a lot.
My mom always believes that all the soap operas may have their OTT, but if you see deeply they do reflect the society at large and do bring out the issues in their own dramatic way and which I concur with her

well said dear.

Very nice analysis : )

===
About the bashers:

The bashers will bash.

I won't be surprised if they support Ganga just to bash Anandi. They just hate her so you know naturally they will write things about Ganga in comparison to Anandi ..just to taunt her. WHich they have started to do already.

Yet they have nothing really to contribute about Ganga. They do not sympathize with her.. she is just another tool for them to insult. A.

Suchi am fine as long as the bashing happens outside of this post/thread. Here in this thread/post bashing of characters including A not allowed or encouraged. But thanks dear, I can understand your frustrations.😉

Supriya - that is a brilliant analysis..😊

As your and Momrin's posts observe, Anandi not hating her circumstances in which she was earlier or the people who caused it, is her strength. And, that was what Shiv saluted her for and we too..It takes a great mental strength and fortitude to rebuild life in such circumstances..Rebuild life not just for sake of self but also to be useful to others..

It may be very early or premature to comment.. but it looks like for Ganga - she draws her strength from the anger and hatred that she has for the people responsible for her current status..It will be interesting to see where her angers/hatred leads to, how is she going to rebuild her life once she is out of the horrific circumstances..

Yeah Gauri, loved your analysis on what is driving Anandi and Ganga.
If we look at it this way, each of the factors drive our lives. But I think anger or hatred is not bad as long as it is not self-destructive. So if anger drives Ganga to fight out the injustice then kudos to her as well.
But each one has their own way of adapting and fighting out.

@Supriya, very nice analysis.
@Suchi, well spoken. My question which till date I have no answer to is why do the 'bashers' (let us so call these lovely people) bash so much? Okay so CVs portrayed Anandi as a sort of greater than life idealistic seva type person, who is still crying for her ex, but what is there to hate so much? Equally Shiv is being portrayed as an ideal good man, every mother would want to have as a son and every mother in law's dream jamai, may not be every wife's idea of a SR partner 😉, too much thanda thanda cool cool. But why bash him? And Ganga, too new and a bechari. Still not sure why there is so much hatred against A?
