Why Maafi (Forgiveness) is Needed? - Page 3

Thanks for another post that stimulates brain cells.This is a looong post from me.

Gratitude - Agree. Anandi and Singhs relationship is not based on gratitude but on their love for each another.I am sure she will forgive him hopefully on that basis also on humanitarian point of view.That should put the Shekhar's mind at rest.If Shekhar's mind is put to rest CM cannot do much damage.

But if she softens towards J because of her bad habit of rescuing him from trouble then it will definitely be a cause for concern.We know that it is A just being A but that will give CM a lot fodder.

I hope she forgives and softens her stand purely because of her love for Singhs and not for any other reason

Forgiveness- Two aspects one who has to forgive and the other who asks for forgiveness.

In a post somebody quoted prodigal son/lost lamb story citing why can BS forgive?

In yesterday's episode CV s have made it clear to us that he holds no resentment towards his son at all.He is pained to see his son in that condition that itself tells that he would have taken his son back if not for the circumstances.Even DS for that matter would have taken him back.

n. They have forgiven him. It is just that they are unable to forget his deeds and that is why it is difficult accept him back.Because they still have to deal wit hthe consequances of his deeds. I think it was J's inability to perceive that forgiveness he has been given.

Anandi yes-she could not see past his deeds that's why she was unable to forgive him.But I wishe she had forgiven him because it would have helped her move on.Because when we forgive a person who has done wrongs against us we try not to hold grudge against that person and by consciously doing so we move beyond that point of hurt.So I feel that it would have helped her if she had forgiven him even if he did not deserve it.

Second aspect of forgiveness- One who wants to be forgiven.

Here also I'd like to quote the story of prodigal son what the prodigal son said to himself and to his father

To himself -I have sinned against heaven and my father.I am not worthy enough to be called his son and will ask him to take me as his one of his servants

Of course the father in prodigal son story melted at the site of his lost son and unlike BS and DS he had no constraints in showing his melt down.But the sone ven after being forgiven and accepted said what he wanted to say - that he has sinned against him and heaven can he is not worthy enough to be called his son.

Jagya is not asking for forgiveness he is demanding it like it is his right.And he also has not expressed nor seem to have felt the sentiments similar to the prodigal son.Even if you consider it as your right to be forgiven you should take responsibility of owning up to your misatkes and take the blame for them.

Is his sense of entitlement for forgiveness right?When he could not forgive Gauri how could he expect forgiveness for himself?

Prayaschit/Repentance- Does J have those feelings at all.Sure he realises his mistakes he feels bad for doing them.Even realisation is only half baked.He only realised that his misfortunes are the results of his mistakes.But he has not realised the misfortunes others had to face because of his mistakes.

Prayschit repentance according to my understanding is about wanting to make up for all those wrongs done by him.I don't know whether he intends to make up for all those wrongs he has done agiainst the people who love him.Even if has any intentions of making up for those deeds he does not seem to have any idea about how to go about doing prayaschit.

Redemption- I agree.This is something he can do on his own.Once he does that he doesn't even need to say sorry because his actions will speak for themselves.I really hope he goes for this.

I just dont get why the hell CVs made this so complex. 😕 They'd have made Singhs do it the simple way. Like they should have told J that whatever you did was really bad, you messed up everything so brutally and its really not easy for us to forgive you. You better go back to Mumbai, complete your MS and we are gonna pay for that till you dont get a job. Moreover dont even think of getting A back as she is engaged. We are gonna financially support you but dont think it as a return ticket to jaitsar.

If they are in no mood to forgive him they should just stop mourning for him !! Its really irritating ! They are actually acting like Pendu. Forgive or not to forgive...forgive or not to forgive. Huh ! For chrissake make up your mind for once and for all ! If you dont want to forgive then its fine ! Plus, what the hell J is doing in jaitsar ? Cant he go back to mumbai and look for a job ? He have friends there. Such a stupid man !! Going in a ''kirana store" and saying, ''Im a MBBS, plz give me job". CVs are actually making him look fool. They should make him go back to Mumbai and show his struggling there. And yeah. When the hell he's gonna know about his upcoming baby !!? Or they are gonna do it like kanchi way ? No ata pata till now !

Im actually very dissappointed by last night's thakela epi ! 🤢 CVs have so many things to do and still they are giving filler epis.

she became naram only because jagya had come to jetsar on his sagai day for maffi ,had he come there before sagai than she would have forgiven may be that is issue and very confusing things are solved here in this show in few other episode

Well., there's hardly anything left to say...e/one here have said it all in most wonderful ways...👏

As per the current track, I just have these below points...which def. need to have clarity...

1.JAGDISH - If J is INTENT upon A's barbaadi...let him pursue his goal in a more sensible manner., He can def.,start OFF using his capabilities as well as belongings ( whatever little he may have ) for his sustenance. It is really irritating , seeing him like a bhikari and a become a petty thief for food...!😡

Do not really u/stand what the CV's are trying to prove by showing him like this...I cannot but see a High level of STUPIDITY on part of his...

Are they focussing this halat of his...to be a trump card for A's as well as family's maafi...can they be so senseless and illogical...CANNOT AT ALL DIGEST this fact...if so happens.

2. ANANDI - Yes., A has to do carry out this one FINAL MAAFI...seeing the state of mind she is in...She has now become a Pendulum...LOL...in order her conscience is clear...she has to forgive and forget J...CV's will have to do this...otherwise no logic in showing her praying for his well being...Unless of course they want to add one more dimension to her personality...😆😆😉

3. SHIV - as of now, am' not clear on his actual stance with respect to his POV on A's maafi to J.

The other day...he was saying., to forgive J is to demean Husband / wife relationship, you need not belittle yourself for not giving him maafi, may be even god is not will to forgive him, if anybody says..he needs to be forgiven., IT IS THEIR OPINION etc., etc., ...and y/day on seeing A cry...he said...I can u/stand what you would be feeling...😕🤔

I can find no clarity in his thoughts on this maafi business...

Nevertheless., I know., he will support A in all her endeavours...which ever turn she will be deciding to take...

I could not but notice and think as to why they have shown the scene of Shekar's y/day where Daddu is very confident on A's resolve and a SMIRK from CM...I feel, CV's are def., heading towards a track of a momentous victory for CM and a momentous defeat for Daddu and rest...ouch...more drama...😲

I feel, all the drama, that is happening is quite DISJOINTED at the moment..Only time will decide...

Well, let's brace ourselves for a BUMPY RIDE...

I do not consider myself as deepthinking and an excellent analyser as most of you in this forum...I 'am really in awe with you guys...in being the way you are...

but I get attracted towards a teleshow or a movie only at the common sense or attention to detail they potray...be it a love story or a revenge story

Many may not like me to say this...

For whatever a sensible woman A is, she is still not able to get through to the immediate responsibility that J has now..

Many may also may hate me saying this..., but this is what I cosciensously feel, forget the forgiveness from his family or A, his repentence or redemption, J's immeadiate responsibility is towards G...which is the grave point he has overlooked by walking off on her...h/ever BAD / WICKED she may be...

As Shiv said, nobody can make / break any relationship as per their whims or fancies...

There is so much weight in these words of his...which neither A nor the Singhs have realised so far.

A will have an ephiphany of same...once she gets to know of baby Dukh...and then comes the clarity to her mind...

Till then...the current drama in the show will go ooon...😉

This is the reason I get mad with serials ... they just dont know how to end a great story gracefully ... they have to draggg it for ever and ever ... 😡

I agree about the Ehsaan part. Her relation with the Singhs is love. She will forgive Jagya bcos she loves the Singhs and she cannot see them disturbed and troubled. This will get misconstrued by CM and she will make a big issue of it.

But, I am not so sure of herself forgiving Jagya. I understand what you are saying about freeing herself. But, I think it is easier said than done. There are somethings in life that cannot be forgotten and forgiven. Why can't Anandi be shown as real. She doesn't have to the ideal person.

I am confused about J's track. Let me not comment about it. I am not sure what they are trying to get him to do.
