He is being chased by greed(Gauri) .jealousy (Gauri's parents),ghamand/ego/pride(self).,the biggest of all being his own conscience ...

You right. I think he is running away from his conscience which is chasing him and he came to his parents' place to hide.Parents are not there to rescue him.Probably telling him that no one can rescue you from being plagued by guilty conscience not even one's own parents.That battle he has to fight all alone.

They were showing it on SBS or E24 clip from yesterday. Its where wife is supposed to fast without food and even water for the day. Its pooja for long life of husband. The fast ends with seeing moon then husband...and him giving her water and food. I.e. - woman's life revolves around her moon - aka husband. Madarn Gawariji kept it for her patidev and then fed him khich khich...

Now in Shivji ka case...I think he should fast for Anandi ka lambhi life instead😆
