CV's couldn't have overlooked such an obvious thing...must be deliberate...why they did it ...maybe later we'll find out.
Actually I don't think the CVs planned to make these two to get divorce and they just went along with what the audience wanted... I mean if Anandi means Ma Parvati then Jagya, whose real name is Jagdish means God.. then they link don't they.. So as TRP's demanded it, they introduced Gauri, which also kinda matches with Jagya and then Shiv which goes with Anandi.. Maybe they purposely put this names for these characters
