Because I don't think anything can stop now divorce procedure not even shiv jagya fight and all because jagya is clearly want divorce it prove in last episode. So does anandi to . She may be have no feeling for shiv but she don't have feeling either for jagya too.. and I don't see any reason to problems between shiv anandi because they already have problems regarding marriage issue so nothing new.. and in the last article we already receive the news of smooth divorce.. they why this suspense

Shiv has to work for Anandi. He would not have appreciated her and their relationship as much as he will when he finally wins her over.

Think about it Jagya's coming back is needed for Anandi to finally see him for what he is and for her to break the final thread holding them together. Divorce will cause the thread to break legally but emotionally in some ways she is still tied to Jagya. That needs to snap.

She needs to burn all the bridges of her relationship to Jagya before she starts building a new relationship with Shiv. i guess it is wirtten with the new montage in mind where annadi has to choose between the two ( however there is no choce it is just being hyped to get more attention ) hence it will be shown as there is nothing as said in artilce

it is fine if anandi don't want to marry shiv at this time but if it means she will accept J back then i think it will give a wrong impression that a man can leave her wife for other women anytime and can return back to her if he finds that the other women does-not follow his orders while the first wife will become happy by keeping herself in an illusion that her love brought her husband back .
