Sorry I do not want to hurt Sid fans but honestly, I think Sid is very good looking but his acting is not that great :( I don't like his voice much. I have only watched him in 'Luv u zindagi' before and felt that he was not very expressive. Even yesterday in BV it seemed like his expressions were very neutral...

I have not seen any of his past shows but he looked really good yesterday...am sure he'll do justice to the role of Shivraj 😊

And even some of Shahrukh Khan's films were a flop... that doesn't mean he is a flop star lol. Kareena Kapoor once said that even though most of her films were flop at the beginning.. her acting was appreciated and she became famous because of those films

Well I with you runes. Its just bad luck or bad timing or bad selection of roles. Especially in the movie/tv industry the new actors have to accept what ever comes their way to start off with. We cant judge or tag anyone as a flop or a hit. What matters is hardwork, perserverance.

It is like if you are working as an employee in a company and that company shut downs due to heavy losses or whatever reasons, we cant call the employee as the 'Flop Employee' ...

Thanks for the info. U mean he has acted in movies too? That's awesome...So he must be doing a better job than the regular telly stars who never played lead roles in films! And who cares about flops ... There's not a single hero/heroine who never had flops lol

Well i've seen Babul ka aangan chootey na and trust me he was the only good thing in that serial!😕

And i've also watched bits of Luv u zindagi!

I always loved Sid and i really hope he gains fame through Shivraj Shekhar😳

I watch BV off & on - so bear with me. I think Shashank is decent actor and is okay looking - a young chocolate types hero... well now a ZERO as Jughead, but that's character not actor.

Sid S. is goodlooking in a more macho way. He's also older - which is how Anandi's new partner should be. A mature individual with depth of character that Jagya lacks. SS prior projects may have flopped but, his acting in them was decent. I watched JPSYA, he and the kid in it were both watchable. Same goes for his more recent show - which I only watched a few episodes of. Both JPSYA and I love u Zindagi had major story issues and the female leads... well the less said the better!

I am just glad that they finally got a handsome hunk for Anandi. It does not matter whether he is a flop star or not. but from the first episode you can see that he is just what we all wanted for Anandi, Strong, silent, handsome and tall. Perfect :)

If a person could not do well in his first try doesn't mean he's a flop!!! ok?

moreover his film was flop coz of no promotion at all this doen't mean SID is flop!

And all the serials he has done on TV were a gr8 hit his acting was always appreciated in each of them!!!

plz JAgya fans don't be jealous he won't overshadow Shashank provided Shashank keeps his work up to the mark... coz Siddharth is used to impress people wherever he goes...!!!
