Open adalat for JAGO

Here I m trying to understand the JAGO stand. We can see it in the perspective of basically 3 points like child marriage, love, no choice earlier, I wll concentrate my verdict only on the basis of wht hs been shown and will not try to dive deeep inside anyone heart to find out wht is not shown🤣, So adalat ki karwai shuru kiya jaye:

1. CHILD MARRIAGE ANGLE – the best defense of JAGO action is under child marriage. But the question is, is it the bad effect of child marriage??? I will not go in the legality of this matter, becoz its already proved tht CVs ne legality ki dhajjiyan udai hai.😆 The way they hv portrayed all this story, its not seem tht they wanted to show the bad effect of child marriage. If so, they wd hv been shown incompatibility between J&A. but they didn't. they portrayed thm as ideal husband wife, who understood each other and were very supportive to each other and were ready to do anything for each other👍🏼. suppose tht in childhood they were unable to understand this relation, but whn both grown up they reconfirmed this marriage and continued being a ideal couple. So child marriage logic already doesn't stand here👎🏼. The statement of Jogia, tht he didn't love Anandi, is total rubbish😡. Wht ever hd been shown it go totally against his this statement and this statement seems a statement of cheater, manipulator to justify his act🤢. They were totally in love. If it was child marriage issue, thn why Jogia was hiding everything from everybody. Why he didn't took stand openly, after all he is a social thinker😆. He was hiding, becoz he knew he was wrong. If he hd guts to marry without informing anybody and thn come shamelessly, thn he sd hv guts to tell the truth and his intension. So adalat child marriage defence ko khariz karti hai.👎🏼
2. LOVE ANGLE – second defense of JAGO is tht they love each other so their marriage is absolutely rit. I know most of us don't believe in sat janamo ka bandhan and absolutely believe tht if u cant adjust with ur couple u hv all rit to be separated either it child marriage or normal marriage. But in Jogia case he played his love drama chori chori. He not only hidden truth with his family but also with G🤢. it was absolutely a case of infidelity😡. if he didn't love anymore Anandi, he sd first break his relation with her thn he sd hv try his love adventure. Having a wife back at home, hiding his own identity and truth playing love game with other girl is only infidelity👎🏼. if we can justify their action thn we sd justify any extramarital affairs SECRETLY ,which can later result divorce with first wife and marriage with other one. I m not against divorce and remarriage, but first there sd be a REASON ans secondly it sd be RIGHT APPROCH and not cheating. So adalat love defence ko bhi khariz karti hai👎🏼.

1. NO OPTION ANGLE – JAGO marriage is also defended with logic tht whn Jogia got marry he hd no choice or option, so he didn't oppose and was living happily with Anandi, but as soon he got option, he dumped her, without thinking her future and he hs all rit to do so😡, thn wht if tomorrow Bhairo also dump Sumitra, becoz he wd hv got some better option. Will Jagia, a social thinker,wd support his father action😆. And wht if tomorrow Jagia will go to abroad and will find another better option. Can we justify his action😆. In village he hd no option better thn Anandi, so he sticked with her, in India he hd no better option or choice thn G, so he married to her but in abroad he found even better option in some Maria, Natasha, Julia,Larisa or Chan ming hun🤣. U can always find better option. Kisis kisi ko to dusron ki bibi hi achhi lagti hai🤣🤣. So adalat third defence ko bhi kharij karti hai.

In all this action mostly J is guilty and we hd full sympathy with G, but as soon G came to know the truth and without inquiring fully and believing only J words, married with him, she became partner in his guilt. And after tht how she hs been shown now, her character on decline day by day.
